Job Summary:

As a Strategy Management Executive at Centre for Computational Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (CCTech), you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and managing the company's strategic direction. You will analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives to support organizational growth, innovation, and competitive advantage. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to execute initiatives effectively within an IT-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:            

• Strategic Planning:
• Lead the development and execution of the company’s long-term and short-term strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Work closely with leadership teams to align company objectives with strategic goals.
• Business Development:
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and potential avenues for expansion within the IT sector.
• Develop and assess the business case for new ventures, products, and services.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry leaders, and partners.
• Project Management:
• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects across the organization.
• Ensure all strategic initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Present strategic plans, progress reports, and outcomes to executive leadership, investors, and board members.
• Serve as a liaison between various departments to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with day-to-day operations.
• Performance Management:
• Monitor and assess business performance against strategic objectives, identifying areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement corrective actions or adjustments as necessary to meet goals.
• Risk & Change Management:
• Identify potential risks to the organization’s strategy and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Lead change management efforts to adapt the organization’s culture and processes in alignment with strategic changes.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, IT Management, or a related field.
• Proven Experience/Knowledge in strategy development, business management, or consulting, ideally in an IT or technology-driven organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
2. Going to home conduction is a must. 
3. Calling to 250+ calls/day and maintaining 3hrs of Talk-time thus booking 10 conductions for the week for each day.
4. Understand customer needs and requirements with strong academic knowledge. 
5. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives.
6. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
7. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
8. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
9. Perform effective online demos to prospects.

Growth & Incentive Structure: 

1. Huge growth potential with the ability to become sales manager within a couple of months if you have a knack of sales.
2. 2-10% of sale value is given in the form of incentives based on the slabs achieved. That rounds up to 25k - 3 Lakhs/month of incentives apart from your base salaries. 
3. Travel allowance will be given apart from base perks.
