Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will act as a liaison between the company and its customers. The ideal candidate will provide timely, accurate, and professional support, resolve customer queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
• Resolve product or service issues by understanding customer concerns and providing solutions
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

Strong Product Designer, with focus on B2C Products

Mandatory (Experience): Must have 4+ YOE in Product Design (both UI and UX) for high-traffic B2C Products

Mandatory (Skills): Must have strong knowledge and experience of design with Ai tools(Figma Cloud, Chatgpt)

Mandatory (Portfolio) - Must have strong product design portfolio of Good B2C Products, with at least 2 detailed case studies

What You’ll Own

• Drive end-to-end sales: from outbound prospecting to demo to close
• Sell to SMBs in India and the US — with a clear focus on revenue impact

• Collaborate with product and operations to ensure high-quality onboarding and delivery

Must have skills:

iOS

• Good Knowledge of Apache Cordova.
• Strong OO design and programming skills in Objective-C.
• Familiar with iOS SDK (UIKit, Cocoa Touch, Core Data, Core Location, etc).
• Familiar with xcode.

Android

• Strong OO design and programming skills in Java (J2EE J2ME).
• Familiar with the Android SDK.
• Knowledge of SQLite, MySQL or similar database management system.
• Familiar with Developer IDE Android Studio.

Common

• Understanding of other compiled languages
• Experience on web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)

• Make documentations with formatting and in proper detailing

Your Key Responsibilities

What to Bring
