About the role

We're looking for a tech lead to set the technical direction for a growing team and raise the bar for everyone around them. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll still write production code, but your largest impact comes through architecture, mentorship, and the standards you instill. Seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack PHP Developer to contribute to the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance digital platforms.

The role involves working with custom PHP frameworks similar to Laravel (PHP 8+, Laravel 12+), MySQL, and front-end technologies such as Bootstrap, Blade, React.js etc.
