• Strong Project Management (PMO) Profile
• Mandatory (Experience) – Must have a minimum 3+ YOE in Project Management/PMO-related roles.
• Mandatory (Skills 1) – Must have hands-on experience in setting up Project Management standards, processes, and governance.
• Mandatory (Skills 2) – Must have experience of managing project status, risks, budgets, deviations, and defect tracking
• Mandatory (Skills 3) – Must have experience in Project Planning & Scheduling using tools such as MS Project Planning and Advanced Excel
• Mandatory (Skills 4) – Must have experience in developing dashboards and reports for management and stakeholders
• Mandatory (Skills 5) – Must have experience in participating in Scrum calls and Agile ceremonies
• Mandatory (Qualification) – Must hold a Bachelor’s degree
• Mandatory (Note 1) - We are not looking for Project Managers. The requirement is specifically for PMO professionals who have worked on setting up PMO processes, standards, and governance.

React js Developer,5-7 yrs of experience, location will be Bengaluru, Core front-end developer, must have hands-on strong experience in redux, angular, javascript and typescript

Responsibilities :

- Execute and drive multiple UI UX projects by diagnosing business and user needs.

- Apply all pieces of user-centred design methodology and processes.

- Plan and conduct primary and secondary research.

- Convert user insights into concept designs that are not only compelling but are contrasting ideas looking at business challenges from varied angles.

- Design and manage all interaction design activities including visual design coordination with global designers.

- Present design decisions to the stakeholders that are backed up by strong experience design principles and rationale.

- Coordinate with technology teams to bring designs to a pixel-perfect reality.

- Manage communications at all levels and be responsible for project deliverables with quality and on time.

- A clear and effective presentation style to inform and influence important design decisions and maintain credibility.

- Create wireframes and visual design mockups as needed in order to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed user interaction behaviors

- Create or advise on content architecture and navigation design, Design page level layout, page flow, and task fulfilment

- Conduct user research and synthesize findings

- Define and distill complex user requirements

- Design digital products and service processes

- Conduct usability testing

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Communicate design solutions.

What We're Looking For :

- A relevant design degree, or equivalent work experience in UI UX is required

- 2+ years of experience with enterprise or design-oriented systems

- Familiar with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

- Knowledgeable about HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; able to demonstrate how technical constraints and opportunities inform design solutions

- Portfolios demonstrate your expertise and experience is required

- You are able to communicate design rationale effectively in both oral and written forms, influence others, and find innovative solutions to problems.

- In the past, work has involved cross-functional collaboration with designers, product managers, software engineers, and end users.

- You have the ability to contribute to design strategy and build strong relationships across stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

What you need to have:

• Strong proficiency in MySQL database management
• Table design including normalization
• Database backups and recovery is a plus
• Experience with recent versions of MySQL
• Understanding of MySQL’s underlying storage engines, such as InnoDB and MyISAM
• Good Experience with Procedure and events in MySQL
• Experience with replication configuration in MySQL
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL statements
• Knowledge of MySQL features, such as its event scheduler
• Knowledge of limitations in MySQL and their workarounds in contrast to other popular relational databases
• Strong MySQL Queries tuning skills
• Write scripts using Shellscript to automate manual administrative tasks
• Maintain backups and perform point-in-time restorations
• Creating tables, alter column, and store procedure.
• Good Experience in Creating index and query optimizing
• Experience in MongoDB to SQL migration
