We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead our entire channel sales cycle, from identifying potential partners to driving recurring revenue. This crucial role will be instrumental in expanding our market reach and achieving ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full channel sales cycle, from partner identification to driving recurring revenue.
• Recruit, onboard, and activate new channel partners across diverse regions and industries.
• Build and nurture strong partner relationships through structured business planning, consistent engagement, and ongoing support.
• Conduct product training and sales enablement sessions to empower partners with essential knowledge and tools.
• Track partner performance and ensure achievement of sales targets through regular reviews, dashboards, and performance insights.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and partner success.
• Ensure adherence to commercial policies, compliance norms, and revenue-sharing structures.
• Own and achieve revenue targets for specific partner regions or verticals.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Work Experience: 3-5 years in channel sales, partnerships, or B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, Telecom, or Cloud Communication domains.
• Partner Management: Proven experience in onboarding, managing, and growing revenue through channel partners or resellers.
• Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales cycle, indirect sales models, and partner revenue contribution metrics.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for effective engagement with partners and internal teams.
• Training & Enablement: Ability to conduct partner training sessions and provide regular product/sales updates.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in using CRM tools and analyzing partner performance reports.
• Process Orientation: Strong discipline in follow-up, reporting, and documentation to manage multiple partner accounts.
• Self-Motivation: Highly driven with a proactive approach and ownership mindset; capable of working with minimal supervision.

Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering/ Masters in Computer Science (OR) any equivalent 

Job Overview 

• Good experience & strong knowledge in Java programming with Object Oriented Programming methodologies
• Good experience in web/mobile application UI automation & related tools/packages (like selenium/appium)
• Good exposure to functional testing, regression testing, api testing
• Very good in analytical & logical thinking on different perspectives. Ability to handle challenges & resolve blockers independently
• Self-driven, Accountability and ownership of problems to achieve team goals & ability to contribute independently
• Good team player & proactive in giving new ideas/suggestions/solutions & constructive analysis of team member’s ideas
• Hands on experience with different tools - Testing tool, Version Control systems (Git), Test Management Software, Bug Tracking software and CI tools (Jenkins etc.)

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

· Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology Engineering (computer/telecommunications)

· Must have at least 5 years of extensive experience in Object-oriented programming specifically on JAVA/J2EE

· Has knowledge or relevant work experience in any of the following programming languages or technologies: Java/J2EE, C++, C, XML/XHTML or CGI-Python.

· Must have sufficient knowledge of Object-oriented programming concepts

·Be an excellent team player in a different culture, display the ability to learn in a short time and work under pressure.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develops and enhances software applications through coding and testing.

· Involved in code reviews and training.

· Delivers the highest quality software by creating unit test plans and testing code thoroughly. Implements solutions as designed in technical documentation specification and coding standards.

· Creates project documentation and coordinates technical issues.

· Knows the business rules and concepts, software specifications and designs provided by the technical lead and applies them in completing the assigned task.

• Part of the core team responsible for powering the various apps and moving parts of the product
• Design, build and own key technology decisions and implementations
• Wear multiple hats - that of an architect, developer, or product owner
• Collaborate with other team members to find optimal solutions and engineering workarounds based on resource/time constraints
• Communicate development status and features to the rest of the team members
• Manage interactions with designers, testers, and other developers

Required Skills :

• 4-6 years of overall software development experience
• 2+ years of development experience with Ruby on Rails
• Experience with support of high-availability, high-performance, customer-facing web applications
• Expert in configuring and deploying multiple rails applications quickly
• Experience with collaborative code development in small agile teams and managing releases (Git, Continuous Integration, Capistrano)
• Experience building internal and external APIs and RESTful web services
• Strong foundation in Database ( SQL / Postgres )
• Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud-based infrastructure (Heroku/AWS)
• Outstanding understanding of software design and architecture

It will be good if you also have:

• Worked in a web startup before and been part of the core development during a high growth phase
• Practical experience with building scalable, high availability, and high-performance systems
• Hands-on background with agile development practices including test-driven development and scrums
• Contributed to open-source projects on Github
• Familiarity with a variety of programming languages and development tools

• Managing the project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization
• Creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements for a workstream
• Being responsible for the deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality for a workstream
• Developing, reviewing and approving project plan(s) and scope; ensuring all facets of the project deliverables are met for a workstream
• Reviewing deliverables prepared by team before passing to client for a workstream
• Identifying and managing project risk for a workstream
• Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately for a workstream
• Reviewing the status reports of team members and addressing issues as appropriate for a workstream
