Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Client Account Manager who will support client relationship management and ensure smooth delivery of services across assigned accounts.

In this role, you will work closely with senior account managers, internal delivery teams, and agency partners to maintain strong client communication, coordinate execution, and contribute to client satisfaction and retention.

As E2M continues integrating AI-driven solutions into client services, the ideal candidate should also possess a foundational understanding of AI concepts and their application within digital agency workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support client communication to ensure clarity, responsiveness, and a positive overall experience.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a digital marketing, creative, or web design/development agency environment.
• Exposure to handling or coordinating digital/web-based projects.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and web technologies (coding not required).
• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and their role in digital marketing, automation, or client delivery workflows.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Clear, professional, and structured communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (ClickUp, Basecamp, or similar) is a plus.

As a Senior Security Operations Engineer, you will be an integral part of Qualys SOC (Security Operation Center) and CSIRT (Cyber Security Incident Response Team) contributing to the day-to-day activities aimed at governing entire incident management lifecycle from incident monitoring, triaging, analyzing, and responding to security incidents. This role requires a solid understanding of security technologies, incident triage/investigation & incident response, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential threats. Detailed Job Description

• Day-to-day execution of organic SEO campaigns including keyword research, content gap recommendations, strategic optimization of existing content, competitor analysis, and site improvements.
• Regular off-page link-building activities like backlink building from authoritative websites, article submissions, social bookmarking, classified ads, etc.
• Write compelling and high-quality website content - including long blog posts and short page descriptions.
• Work closely with content writers to post optimized blogs and articles online.
• Track progress through analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, etc.
• Optimize existing content by performing keyword research, editing content for readability and flow, submitting site maps to Google Webmaster Tools, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Devising solutions for the client by identifying and configuring the technology, data and processes that improve media targeting, and deepen analytical learning. This can encompass comprehensive audits of a client’s current setup, as well as leading data and tech partner evaluations, and defining measurement frameworks to capture the most valuable signals
• Aid in data partner discovery, vetting, onboarding and cataloguing, providing the relevant teams with a view on the latest solutions in the market, as well as current trends and issues relating to data management
• Support the implementation of client audience data strategy programs, specifically how client data is captured, managed, enhanced (through partnerships), deployed and measured for effectiveness, working closely with adjacent disciplines in Planning, AdOps, Activation and Analytics to ensure audience management best practices flow down and through all client media campaigns
• Maintain strong, effective relationships with key partners and suppliers within the ad/mar-tech data space
