Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled senior .NET Full Stack Developer with 7+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in .NET 8, Microservices Architecture, SQL, and various design patterns. Prior experience in the banking or financial services domain is highly preferred. The role requires excellent communication skills, client interaction abilities, and a strong understanding of agile methodologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications while collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using .NET 8 and related technologies.
2. Develop and implement Microservices Architecture to build modular and scalable solutions.
3. Work on both frontend and backend development, ensuring seamless integration.
4. Apply design patterns such as SOLID principles, Repository Pattern, CQRS, and DDD for optimized application development.
5. Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures to ensure efficient data management.
6. Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
7. Ensure security, performance, and scalability of applications, particularly in banking and financial environments.
8. Actively participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
9. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
10. Troubleshoot and debug technical issues, ensuring high availability and smooth performance of applications.
11. Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
12. Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices in .NET development and Microservices.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. .NET 8 (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API) – Strong hands-on experience in enterprise-level application development.
2. Microservices Architecture – Experience designing and implementing scalable, loosely coupled services.
3. Frontend Technologies – Knowledge of Angular, React, or Blazor for UI development.
4. Design Patterns & Best Practices – Strong understanding of SOLID principles, Repository Pattern, CQRS, Factory Pattern, etc.
5. SQL & Database Management – Expertise in MS SQL Server, query optimization, and stored procedures.
6. Agile Methodologies – Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile best practices.
7. Banking/Financial Domain (Preferred) – Experience in core banking systems, payment gateways, or financial applications.
8. Client Interaction & Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage with clients effectively.
9. Logical & Analytical Thinking – Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design efficient solutions.
10. Cloud & DevOps (Preferred) – Exposure to Azure MANDATORY /AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
11. Version Control & Collaboration – Proficiency in Git, Azure DevOps, and Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Certifications in Microsoft .NET, Azure, or Agile methodologies are a plus.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in building Web applications using ASP.net, web API, SQL Server, and Testable code.
•  C# with Strong in OOPS
• Experience in architecting and designing web applications and services
• Must have at least *3 to 6 months of experience using React or Node JS.
• Passion for building and delivering great software with a strong sense of ownership, while working closely with junior team members.
• Conceptual knowledge of middleware architecture.
• Strong experience with Agile processes.
• Exposure to tools to optimize web application performance-MH
• Understanding and experience in working with Product Management, Design, and DevOps teams.

As a Senior Technical lead you will be a member of a software development team building innovative new features for the application. Lead the team as Senior Full Stack developer

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Inherit a well-architected, clean, and robust codebase built with .NET Core 5.x, and JavaScript and Angular
• Evaluate and implement new libraries and components
• Ensure best practices are followed in the design and development of the application Contribute to and help manage our open-source libraries
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET Core, JavaScript, Angular
• NoSQL databases (MongoDB)Real-time web applications (Web Sockets / SignalR)
• Containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Swagger /OpenAPI Initiative
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and practices
• Experience in non-Microsoft tech stacks as Node, Python, Angular and others are also crucial components of Source Control - GitHub Unit / Performance / Load Testing

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Experience in handling business requirements independently from technical and functional perspective.
• Responsible & accountable for execution end-2-end projects / part of Project or change requests and defects.
• Resolve technical issue faced for module handled and by the developers.
• Execution of project according to project plan, resolving day-to-day challenges of with the IT development life cycle.
• Always confirm to documentation, coding, and quality standards as defined.
• Prepare for and support user acceptance testing.
• Prepare all necessary documentation and processes to enable support of the systems.
• Effective Communication with internal and external customers, supervisors and management.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On development of the core components of the Product Platform
• Liaison with the Technical Architect and Project Manager to understand project scope and objectives
• Break-up overall project scope into a manageable set of tasks and help the Project Manager define Sprints
• Own the Technical Design for different components of the Product Platform
• Help the Project Manager develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Develop the product as per design and structure using appropriate technologies meeting the requirements, quality standards and timelines.
• Technical Mentoring of the Team in an effective and efficient manner to uphold quality
• Provide early insights on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about progress and potential risks
• Escalate issues affecting project delivery to appropriate levels within the company and/or vendor and track them to resolution
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and technical standards throughout project execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field or MCA
• 7-10 years of hands-on technical experience with 2-3 years of leading a team
• Strong command over Java, NodeJS, ReactJS, and similar Full Stack technologies
• Strong SQL and NoSQL knowledge for databases like MySQL and MongoDB
• Strong understanding of Git and related strategies like Pull Requests, merging, etc.
• Experience with GoLang preferred
• Exposure to DevOps over at least one Cloud Platforms like AWS or Azure in addition to the experience in developing cloud-native applications
• Strong familiarity with software tools like JIRA, Agile, TDD/BDD methodologies, and best practices
• Strong understanding of Algorithms and Design Patterns with proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, quality, budget, and timeline
