About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced .NET Developer with 3-5 years of expertise to join our team in Pune. You'll be working on building scalable web applications using C#, .NET Core, and modern development practices.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain web applications using C# and .NET Core (.NET 5+)
• Build RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core Web API
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases with complex queries and stored procedures
• Implement OOP principles, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles
• Work with Entity Framework Core for data access
• Collaborate with teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Perform code reviews and ensure code quality
• Manage code using Git version control

Required Skills:

Must-Have:

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core (or .NET 5+) - 3-5 years

• Expertise in SQL (T-SQL), stored procedures, and database design

Job Description - Blueprism Developer / RPA Developer

• Design technical specifications for RPA (Blue Prism) that meets the requirements and handled all the non functional requirements of concurrency, scalability, security requirements, restart and recovery.
• Develops and configures automation processes as per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements. Works on the coding the more complicated automations or reusable components, and delegates and mentors junior developers for the less complex components.
• Develops new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensures documentation is well maintained.
• Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing.
• Works collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.
• Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis
• Improves skills in automation products by completing automation certification.
• Mentors junior developers and performs code reviews for quality control.

Additional Information

•  5- 8 years of IT experience and having good understanding of programming concepts.  Should be from a programming background on any coding language (.Net, Java).
• Working experience in RPA for a minimum of 2 years and having project experience of a minimum 3 RPA implementations.

• Should be trained on RPA tools (Blue Prism).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Development: Design and implement both client-side and server-side architecture using JavaScript frameworks and back-end technologies like Golang.
2. Database Management: Develop and maintain relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and optimize database queries and schema design.
3. API Development: Build and maintain RESTfuI APIs and/or GraphQL services to integrate with front-end applications and third-party services.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 1+ years in backend development in micro-services ecosystem, with proven experience in front-end and back-end frameworks.
2. 1+ years experience Golang is mandatory
3. Problem-Solving & DSA: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
4. Front-End Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
5. Back-End Skills: Experience with server-side languages and frameworks like Node.js, Express, Python or GoLang.
6. Database Knowledge: Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
7. API Development: Hands-on experience with RESTfuI API design and integration, with a plus for GraphQL.
8. DevOps Understanding: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a bonus.
9. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, teamwork, and strong communication abilities.

1. UI/UX Sensibility: Understanding of responsive design and user experience principles.
2. CI/CD Knowledge: Familiarity with CI/CD tools and workflows (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
