.Net Developer

Job Summary: As a Senior .NET Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop technical solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your expertise in .NET technologies and best practices will drive the success of our software development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using .NET technologies.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in C# and other .NET languages.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
• Architect and implement robust software solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and design patterns.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues and defects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and other relevant .NET frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
• Familiarity with database technologies, including SQL Server, and experience with writing complex queries and optimizing performance.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, automated testing).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Primary Skills:

.Net/.Net Core, C#, OOPS and SQL Server as a key technology, which covers frontend and backend work. Knowledge of DevOps (building and deployment) and the Cloud is nice to have.

Eligibility

3+ years of experience in building web applications. Passion for building and delivering great software with a strong sense of ownership

Advanced proficiency in C#, very clear OOPS concepts, In-depth knowledge of the .NET framework, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, REST APIs, OAuth 2.0/ Authentication/ Authorization

Strong expertise in SQL programming, with experience of writing & optimizing queries that access/process millions of records

Good to have any scripting(powershell) knowledge, JS based UI Frameworks

Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experienced in complex logic designing and implementation

Should have worked in Agile development environment and best practices

Good to have experience in secure development practices

Detailed JD: 

Responsibilities:

- Interface with product owners and software architects to review and finalize requirements

- Participate in the full SDLC including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support

of new features and applications

- Actively lead and participate in agile ceremonies (Standups, Refinements, Retrospectives, Planning,

and Requirement discussions)

- Communicate effectively, clearly, and thoroughly with the Scrum Team and Stakeholders

- Provide innovative solutions to complex problems

- Design, develop and modify software applications/systems according to specifications

- Develop technical documentation including services, object, and data model

- Create high quality code and perform code reviews

- Create unit and integration tests to ensure the code quality and functionality

- Proactively learn and share knowledge of technology and compare advantages and disadvantages of

alternative solutions/technologies

- Identify areas needing process improvements and see them through to resolution

Tech Stack:

• Experienced in writing queries and stored procedures in SQL.
• Hands-on in developing and supporting batch-based systems, with experience in data profiling and debugging.

• Advising on best practices for developers interacting with the database.

Job Responsibilities: -

• Work on building enterprise grade applications with a strong knowledge of the .net core framework. Experience with Node JS.
• Create Libraries that would be shared across the different modules in the system that can be leveraged by multiple teams within the organization.
• Good understanding of data structures to identify the correct data structure for a specific use case.
• Build RESTful API for customer consumption. Prior knowledge building APIs is a requirement. Understanding of HTTP error codes is a must.
• Work on code in a distributed code development environment. Prior use of Git/Github is desirable.
• Work with a Unit Test platform.
• Strong knowledge on Encryption standards – Asymmetric and Symmetric.
• Create and Manage System Documentations.

Job Qualifications

• At least 4+ years of experience using C# programming language in the build of enterprise software (.net core, asp.net core, web api) – For .Net Developer
• At least 7+ years of experience using C# programming language in the build of enterprise software (.net core, asp.net core, web api). – For Lead.
• Experience handling ISO8583 message standard; Payments Industry knowledge.
• Good understanding of version control (using Git/Github).
• Experience with Unit Test framework; TDD Approach.
• Knowledge and understanding of PCI Requirements for Card processing software .
• Understanding of SQL Database and Database Design.
• Strong understating of hybrid cloud application basics based on Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices and Postgres.
• Minimal 2+ years of experience in building enterprise scale applications: coding, designing, developing, and analyzing data. 
• Agile environment. AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps environment Lead levels only.
• Manage CI/CD Pipeline.
• E/B.Tech/B.Sc/MCA/Msc in Computer Science.
