Responsibilities
· Undertaking data collection, preprocessing and analysis
· Building models to address business problems
· Presenting information using data visualization techniques
· Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data
· Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
· Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
· Combine models through ensemble modeling
· Present information using data visualization techniques
· Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges
· Collaborate with engineering and product development teams
Qualifications
· Understanding of machine-learning and operations research
· Knowledge of R, SQL and Python, Mongodb
· Analytical mind and business acumen
· Strong math skills (e.g. statistics, algebra)
· Problem-solving aptitude
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· BSc/Btech in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field; graduate degree in Data Science or other quantitative field is preferred
We are looking for a Fintech Program Manager. As a member of the team, you will define and
drive significant Anchor Programs while collaborating with the senior management.
Responsibilities
· Must have knowledge of the fintech industry and B2B credits.
· Monitoring and coordinating client/Anchor programs.
· Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
· Resolve projects’ higher-scope issues
· Prepare reports for program directors
· Should be able to design the full data cycle, from data collection to analysis and presentation.
· Interact with each other across the verticals.
· Should be able to manage excellent customer engagement and relationship skills.
Qualifications
· Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position
· Must be familiar with data analytics tools such as tableau, advanced Excel, and Power BI.
· MIS reporting is required.
· Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, problem-solving ability.
· MBA/PG Program from Program Management background .
· Required tools-Gantt Chart, Kanban boards, Lists, Mind maps, white boards.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Gain a deep understanding of the company profile, generate new ideas that help grow market share, and improve customer satisfaction.

Track on a daily basis and document the progress of the sales team

Lead Sales Team consisting a set of Sales executives, Pre-Sales Executive Team.
Support product launches including working with the PR / marketing team, executives, and other relevant stakeholders. Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
Qualifications
Customer Onboarding Experience is a MUST.
Direct experience in the lending / FinTech industry / Payment Gateway app
Have 3 - 5 years of working experience in Direct Field Sales.
Ability to engage with customers and work with other disciplines internally to create an effective solution to close the deal.
Sales knack of sensing opportunity while understanding customer needs & wants.
Good knowledge of MS Office and other relevant digital skills to clearly explain to the customer the organization program that is offered.
Should have effective Presentation skills. Will have to give presentations to the Sr. Management for their concurrence and also to the end customers for closing the deals.

Good understanding of FinTech & SaaS-based business tools, ERP, T&E Products.
Proven experience of 2-4 years of MEAN Stack Development or similar role
Experience developing web and mobile applications
Familiarity with Angular and Nodejs technologies is preferred
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)
Knowledge of back-end languages like Nodejs & Python and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, Angularjs)
Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache, Nginx)
AWS Deployment
Setup CI/CD pipeline
Good communication and teamwork skills
Great attention to detail & organizational skills
An analytical mind
Required Skills:
B.E/B.Tech Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
