Designation: Technical Project Manager

Location: Trivandrum

Responsibilities:

 Determine and define project scope and objectives
 Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient
manner
 Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
 Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy,
adjustments, and progress
 Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected
deliverables
 Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
 Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
 Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
 Interact with the clients frequently to ensure that they are getting the right level of support
 Closely work with Team leads for addressing technical challenges in .NET

You’re Qualifications:

 Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other information technology-related disciplines or
equivalent Master’s degree in related disciplines
 Must have managed at least 10 team members
 Must have a good number of work experience in technology team hiring
 Should have good knowledge of infrastructure and security
 Should have project delivery and management experience

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements

• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
