Job Title: Graphic Designer (with Video Editing Expertise)
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (On-site / Commutable distance required)
Experience: 3–5 years
About the Role
Relai is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can produce high-quality digital assets and videos that align with our brand identity and communication guidelines. The ideal candidate understands social media behaviour, creates content that drives engagement, and can translate briefs into impactful visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, digital ads, presentations, and website assets
- Shoot, edit, and produce video content for campaigns, ads, educational posts, and internal requirements
- Adapt and optimise creatives across multiple platforms and formats
- Ensure brand consistency and storytelling quality across all design output
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams for content requirements
- Stay updated with latest design and social media trends to enhance content performance
Must-Have Qualifications (Deal-Breakers)
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing (3–5 years preferred)
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro & Canva
- Strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and content formats
- Ability to produce both static and video content independently end-to-end
- Must reside within a commutable distance to Hyderabad
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
- Experience in building brand identities and cohesive design systems
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven creative tools like HeyGen, Caption AI, Freepik AI, etc.
- Prior experience or strong interest in real estate / proptech branding
- Understanding of real estate marketing behaviour and consumer psychology
