About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the execution of high-impact digital product initiatives for our clients. This is a high-ownership role that demands end-to-end accountability — from scoping and planning to execution and delivery. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, with high quality and measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of accountability for end-to-end project execution — ensuring on-time, high-quality, and profitable delivery of digital product solutions across strategy, design, and development.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, engineering, research) and client stakeholders to translate project objectives into actionable plans with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Define and manage project scope, resourcing, dependencies, budgets, and risks — proactively identifying and mitigating potential blockers.
• Bring clarity and structure to execution by setting up robust documentation, operating rhythms, and tracking mechanisms; ensure timely communication of progress, challenges, and escalations to leadership and clients.
• Drive project governance through weekly health reviews, accurate status reports, and rigorous issue/risk tracking with defined accountability.
• Own the quality of delivery — ensure alignment of deliverables with project goals, client expectations, and internal benchmarks for innovation and excellence.
• Make data work for you — use structured data and reporting to surface insights, enable decision-making, and identify areas of improvement.
• Lead with influence, not authority — foster alignment and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
• Embrace a problem-solving mindset — proactively drive solutions to cross-functional execution challenges, and be comfortable navigating trade-offs.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of driving end-to-end execution of complex digital or technology projects.
• Prior experience in a service-based or consulting environment, managing external client stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of digital product development lifecycle — from strategy to design to engineering execution.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and risks with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp; comfort with setting up and customizing workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Strong analytical mindset — ability to work with data, identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making through structured reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — capable of simplifying complex ideas, aligning diverse stakeholders, and presenting with clarity to clients and leadership.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and stay composed under pressure.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and structured — someone who can bring method to chaos and drive clarity in ambiguity.
• A natural collaborator and influencer — able to build trust, motivate teams, and drive alignment without direct authority.

• Experience in managing digital transformation, innovation-led, or customer experience focused projects.
• Exposure to product strategy, UX research, or agile software development practices.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies is a plus, but not mandatory.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Developing digital products, applications and minimum viable product (MVP), including defining the overall architecture and system design to meet business requirements.
• Enabling our client to select the appropriate technology stack, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security and maintainability.
• Designing and configuring the infrastructure to support the software application.
• Choosing the development toolkit, frameworks and libraries best suited based on business and project's needs.
• Crafting and executing database designs, ensuring data integrity, performance and scalability.
• Enhancing and optimising application architecture to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Ensuring application scalability to handle increased user loads and data volumes effectively.
• Upholding quality assurance standards through code reviews, testing and continuous integration practices.
• Ensuring IP security by implementing robust authentication, authorisation and encryption mechanisms.
• Exploring and integrating new technologies to enhance the software's capabilities and keep it up-to-date with industry trends.
• Developing the startup's strategic resource allocation plan, including budgeting for technology investments and staffing needs.
• Ensuring efficient utilisation of technologies by optimising resource allocation and minimising waste.
• Assessing and integrating new systems and infrastructure to support the evolving needs of the organization.
• Deliver digital products to clients across various verticals, including healthcare, Fintech, hospitality, manufacturing, etc.
• Building, attracting and mentoring talented developers to foster a culture of learning, innovation and collaboration within the team.
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure effective communication and strategic positioning of technology solutions, while continuously refining sales pitch strategies based on feedback and market trends to maximize success rates and drive revenue growth.
• Defining, managing and evaluating team members based on goals and performance metrics, providing status updates to the leadership team on a bi-weekly basis.
• Identifying process gaps and development inefficiencies within the organisation and defining and driving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to address these gaps effectively.
• Generate business opportunities from existing clients and collaborate with the business team to convert new business.
• Work towards achieving annual and quarterly revenue targets.

Skills Required

• Strong business acumen, with the ability to make strategic decisions and take ownership of account growth, revenue and outcomes.
• Strong technical background with experience in managing complex technical projects encompassing diverse realms such as Web, Mobile, Applications (Apps), Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality (AR/VR), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML).
• Extensive experience in establishing and refining processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aimed at measuring and enhancing the quality and efficiency of development capabilities. This includes implementing frameworks to assess performance metrics, optimise workflows and drive continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and creating lasting client partnerships.
• Enterprising and adept at handling clients effectively.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be an inspiring and confident team player with:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and/or significant relevant work experience
• Minimum of 4+ years of proven agency experience in software development projects.
• Experience in leading a team of highly skilled developers, engineers, and testers
• working on multiple client projects
• Experience managing products and projects, and delivering large scale technical solutions on time and on budget
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a track record of managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and infrastructure, microservices, and serverless architecture

Responsibilities:

 Work with development and product team to ideate software solutions

 Design client-side and server-side architecture

 Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design

 Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

 Write effective APIs, Ability to quickly pick up new areas in the product and write optimal

code taking into consideration the security and performance aspects of the product.

 Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

 Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

 Create security and data protection settings

 Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design

 Write technical documentation

Skills:

 Proven experience of around 4-7yrs as a Full Stack Developer.

 Should be a full stack developer who can code on cutting-edge technology stacks including

Laravel, Nodejs, Express js, Python, React, Angular, MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase, Elastic Search,

Docker, AWS etc. for our clients.

 Experience developing desktop and mobile applications

 Familiarity with common stacks

 Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML,

jQuery)

 Strong Knowledge of multiple back-end languages and on frameworks or platforms (Phython

/ Express JS / Django etc), API / Serverless services, DB Schema Definition.

 Good to have stakeholder management, team leading, team mentoring, code management

under critical problem

 Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX

design

 Excellent communication and teamwork skills

 Great attention to detail and analytical skills.

 Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field

• Understands business strategy and goals by studying the business function, collaborating with the client and gather business requirements.
• Documentation of formal requirements, use cases, user stories, User Journey which ensure that the UX solutions proposed are fit for purpose, meet business needs and are operationally sustainable.
• Ability to evaluate the data collected through task analysis, business process, surveys and workshops and derive meaningful insights
• Communicating effectively with UX team, external clients and internal teams to deliver product’s functional requirement.
• Manages the progress of projects by tracking activity, resolving issues, and recommending actions.
• Provides senior management and client stakeholders with regular updates on deliverable timeline and project status.
• Have complete ownership for project quality, delivery and timelines.
• Ability to manage team and multiple projects.
• Understanding of the business requirements, capture and track the details required to produce the end product, and document same in the form of user stories/use cases and process flow maps, content matrix
