Our team builds Grid, our internal platform powering several process improvement tools for the company’s internal operations. We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to serve as the technical core of Grid. You will be responsible for the platform's architectural integrity—managing robust infrastructure, database design, and CI/CD pipelines rooted in traditional web development excellence. In this role, you will provide critical technical oversight and mentorship, ensuring that all code (including contributions assisted by AI tools) meets our standards for scalability, security, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Architecture & Maintenance: Design and maintain scalable platform architecture, database schemas, and modular APIs built on solid engineering foundations.
• Infrastructure & Systems Integrity: Own the dev, staging, and production environments; maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines, version control standards, and database migrations to ensure production stability.
• Technical Guidance & Quality Assurance: Establish code quality standards, lead rigorous code reviews, and provide technical oversight for features developed by the team (including AI-assisted development) to guarantee stability and security.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years of comprehensive full-stack software development experience with a strong foundation in backend systems and database design.
• Technical Skills: Deep expertise in SQL/NoSQL database design, API design (REST/GraphQL), complex Git workflows, and CI/CD/DevOps practices.
• Engineering Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, enforce code quality, and maintain high standards within a high-velocity environment.
• Modern Development Proficiency: Experience integrating and managing AI-driven coding tools within a traditional professional software development lifecycle.

We are looking for an experienced Developer with experience in compiled languages and ready to work in Golang. You will be responsible for the Development of distributed services GUI and terminal application in Golang. Candidates should have strong understanding of Algorithms, Memory Management and Networking 

Required Experience & Skills:

• C/C++/C#/Go/Rust. 
• Networking, Database, Linux, Docker.  
• Multiprocessing, Multithreading, Distributed computing, Thread synchronization techniques.
• Communication protocols, gRPC, MQTT, REST, Modbus, OPC... 
• GUI Programming 
• Testing, Debugging and performance optimization. 
• REST APIs, MySQL, Redis
• Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative development workflows.

This position involves working on cloud and physical servers across multiple operating systems and fundamental understanding of computers and networking.
