Synactive India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and driven Technical Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our technical products and the needs of our clients, working closely with them to offer tailored solutions that drive business growth. You will be responsible for understanding our product offerings, engaging with prospective customers, conducting demos, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients to introduce Synactive's product offerings.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value and features of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements, presenting customized solutions that address specific business needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on long-term engagement and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met post-sale, including onboarding and support.
  • Use CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline management, and performance metrics.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role within the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant technologies (SaaS, cloud solutions, or other tech products).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
