You would be working on a world class product in a technically strong team competing with ex-google teams and silicon valley startups. CloudQA is used by some of the leading enterprises, govt institutions and rising startups across the world.We seek a strong technical background in both front-end and back-end development. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

Developer Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Good communication skills, should able to demonstrate website features
2. Must have good hands-on experience on HTML/CSS and Javascript,C#,SQL, selenium framework and Docker
3. Good to have experience with vue.js, AngularJS and code repositories such as GitLab
4. Good to have experience on AWS, GCP Cloud Service Providers and kubernetes
5. Understanding of testing frameworks

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with other developers and engineers to design, build, and maintain applications
2. To Develop and maintain highly reliable and scalable web services.
3. Understand product requirements, engage with team members and customers to define solutions and estimate the scope of work required.
4. Develop and Deliver solutions that can keep up with a rapidly evolving product in a timely fashion.
5. Improve the product features and performance in any way possible
6. Write effective APIs
7. Writing javascript/jqury programmatically to make it work with html components.
8. Working with git repositories and CICD

CloudQA is a bootstrapped SaaS startup based out of Hyderabad. Our web application testing tools have unique technology to perform rapid test case discovery, codeless testing, and cloud execution which makes enterprise web application end to end testing easy to use and adapt.

We're looking for a Test Automation Engineer with good communication skills and 2+ years of QA experience in Selenium IDE and Webdriver. He / She should be agile to learn new things and be a good team player.

Requirements

• Overall 2+ years of experience in software testing and test automation using selenium Webdriver and Selenium IDE
• Experience in QA methodology
• Expertise in testing and debugging skills
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Good understanding of Agile methodology
• Excellent Communication and email writing skills
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Ensure deliverables are on time and of high quality
• Understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, TravisCI
• Using JIRA tool and creating the tickets
• If required should be ready to work in US time zone to meet the client needs

Responsibilities

• Automate test cases for different applications using CloudQA tool
• Help the team to analyze incoming requests through recreate customers environment/issues
• Assure and test provided fixes and patches
• Automate routine
• Process non-standard requests if needed
• Writing JavaScript(s)
• Own client[US/UK] interaction, manage client and requests
• Maintain test suite for CI/CD Pipelines

• Should learn and understand the product, respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
• Update customers about new features and functionalities
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
• Gather customer feedback 
• Knowledge of Test Automation and writing javascript is a plus
