Brewhackers Technologies is a place for creative people to develop themselves and thrive in a rapidly changing world. We are developing a service to help people consume and share ideas that matter faster and more efficiently. We deliver this through an app for iOS and Android.

To meet this end, we are looking for a senior software engineer with very strong technical and problem solving skills, someone who loves to work on hard problems and is great with building scalable solutions.

As part of the founding team, the tech lead will have various responsibilites, such as designing the app architecture, writing the first version of the app from scratch, and building and leading the core technical team. 

Following key skills are expected : 

1. Strong grasp for good product design.
2. Minimum 2 Years Experience working with Node.js, MySQL/PostgresQL.
3. Should have excellent coding skills in Javascript/ES6.
4. Strong conceptual grasp of React Native or Flutter and minimum 1 year experience in the same.
5. Strong knowledge of AWS.
6. Good product architectural sensibilities to take product from concept to implementation
7. Deep understanding of OO concepts, Database design, REST APIs, GraphQL & Service design. 
8. Knowledge of agile development and version control tools like GIT.

Now on the personality side :

5. We want you to be a partner for your colleagues in the dev team. Help or lead the planning process, code reviews, commits etc. Provide guidance and help your colleagues when they get stuck.
6. We want you to be an over-communicator. We are remote-first and it’s up to you to show your work, explain your ideas or highlight problems.

To interact with stakeholders in order to envision, model and design the entire product architecture. To review the code to ensure quality of the design by avoiding complexity, advocating clarity and to do this with the team. To lead the team through various technical challenges of building a robust and scalable product. To work collaboratively with the team of developers and make significant contribution in product creation. To mentor and guide the technical team in their growth.

We are a startup looking to make a significant difference in the way client and service providers communicate. Following Key Skill is Expected : -Minimum 2 Years Experience working with REACT . (Even College Experience Counts) -Should have excellent coding skills and good understanding of MVC frameworks. -Strong conceptual grasp of Front-end web technologies such as ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery etc. -Strong knowledge of hosting web services like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Digital Ocean etc is beneficial  -Should have good knowledge of onsite SEO and visualization technologies  -Good design sensibilities to take product from concept to implementation -Deep understanding of OO concepts, Database design, REST APIs & Service design.  -Knowledge of HTML5, HTTP, REST, JSON, CSS and JavaScript  -Knowledge of agile development and version control tools like GIT Kindly do not apply if you have not already worked on end to end implementation of at least one complex project.
