Job Title: Software Developer – Big Data Responsibilities We are looking for a Big Data Developer who can drive innovation and take ownership and deliver results. • Understand business requirements from stakeholders • Build & own Mintifi Big Data applications • Be heavily involved in every step of the product development process, from ideation to implementation to release. • Design and build systems with automated instrumentation and monitoring • Write unit & integration tests • Collaborate with cross functional teams to validate and get feedback on the efficacy of results created by the big data applications. Use the feedback to improve the business logic • Proactive approach to turn ambiguous problem spaces into clear design solutions. Qualifications • Hands-on programming skills in Apache Spark using Java or Scala • Good understanding about Data Structures and Algorithms • Good understanding about relational and non-relational database concepts (MySQL, Hadoop, MongoDB) • Experience in Hadoop ecosystem components like YARN, Zookeeper would be a strong plus
Job Description: - Analysis of Financial Statement, Bank statement and other key parameter to check the credit worthiness for Unsecured Working Capital Loan. - Personal discussion with clients to understand the business model & financial aspects to justify the working capital gap and to establish Credit worthiness. - Maintaining strict TAT for credit application analysed and Providing Credit-related inputs for deciding variables of the algorithms and help Data Scientists for Credit-worthiness Model -Credit approval and ensuring approval is within TAT -Interact with the client, gather requirements, financial statements and other inputs for performing quality Credit analysis and due diligence. Position: Telesales Executive (Outbound Call & Mail Process) Location: Mumbai Job Description: Handling outbound calls from various platforms/portals, explaining the product, documentation, analysing and uploading data for creation of doable leads. 1) Client Co-ordination for all loan enquiry of Customers (calling various clients for loan applications, calling sales agents for generating new leads, follow up for documents, updating the sales agents and aggregators regarding pending loan application cases) 2) Efficiently making outbound calls or B2B calls, lead generation, data validation and managing database. 3) Understanding the customer needs & building positive relationships with customers. 4) Follow up with Clients for loan applications and related documents. 5) Processing of loan applications of customer across India 6) Sending mails to our customers, once all the documents are received updating respective department for the same. 7) MIS maintaining Skills: 1) Excellent Communication Skills 2) Good Interpersonal Skills 3) Networking Skills 4) Should be enthusiastic and a team player Experience: Graduate Fresher’s or 1-2 Years in Tele sales, Telecalling or Client handling Profile in Banking or Non-banking industry.
