Ability to balance a sense of urgency with generating the sales and onboarding the vendors A strong sense of ownership Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements of technical abilities 4 to 15 Years of development experience with Ruby on Rails Awesome senior ROR developers, hands-on tech-leads, hands-on-architects for building world class super scalable and highly available e-commerce marketplace application. Expertise of performing the tasks that need advanced rails tech skills. Should be an advocate and mentor juniors to adhere to the best practices TDD, RSpec, Factory-Girl, Faker, simplecov Rubocop Capistrano/Vagrant Continuous Integration Should be well-versed with MetaProgramming. Experience of deploying AWS Cloud servers Experience of the optimizations to scaling the environment to suiting the needs of the increasing traffic loads and increasing database content. Strong with RDBMS skills and perform DB optimizations. Previous experience of Spree commerce will be an added advantage. Development with ReactJS will be an added advantage. Should be a fast learner with the new and upcoming technologies as required for the team. Responsibilities You will be part of a small team, with a significant amount of ownership and accountability for managing things directly. You will ship high-quality solutions with a sense of urgency and speed. You will work closely with product managers, Operations, Testing and other partner teams. A Large part of the job will be solving bigger problems. You will have the freedom to suggest and drive organization-wide initiatives. Set the guidelines for the team member to produce highest quality code and follow best-practices. Review code and make suggestions for the better code and product quality. Review designs for features-extensibility, scalability and preserving the architecture sanctity, You will mentor the Juniors to help them pick up the regular tasks and move on to newer and bigger challenges.
