Looking for a candidate for Data Business Analyst role with Strong expertise in private equity, investment banking, and syndicate lending. Along with experience in data mapping, ETL processes, and business analysis.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed data requirements, identifying data transformation needs to align with business objectives and industry standards.
- Able to collaborate closely with technology and business teams to map, analyze, and transform data that drives business decisions and supports operational needs.
- This resource should be well versed in functional domain knowledge around loan servicing in private equity and syndicate lending space.
- Translate the business requirements to the tech / IT team for ETL build.
- Technical expertise to perform data mapping and reverse engineering of SQL code in the back end.
- Work closely with IT and business teams to bridge the gap between data sources, business rules, and system requirements, ensuring that data is available for operational and strategic use.
- Able to efficiently reverse engineer the SQL code and document the transformation logic of the current state process. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, querying, and troubleshooting.
- Solid experience working with data transformation and migration projects in financial services and asset management platform preferred.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and experience with data integration platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting and explaining data processes to both technical and business teams.

Must have-Java , Spring Reactive ,Microservices, React JS , EKS , AWS , Oracle , Cassandra , Docker , DevSecOps- More On Back end knowledge for 70% and Front end knowledge for 30%.
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based software applications throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop user-facing features using Java frameworks (such as Spring, Hibernate, or JavaServer Faces) for web applications.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end components.
- Create and maintain database schemas, write efficient SQL queries, and optimize database performance.
- Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance back-end systems.
- Familiar with Continuous Integration methodologies and tools, including Jenkins
- Good to have: Exposure to Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes and cloud deployment.
- Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of the applications by implementing best practices and industry standards.
- Conduct code reviews, identify and fix bugs, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user interfaces with back-end systems.
