You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the sales team's potential.
Requirements:
• A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be
advantageous.
• Experience in sales is necessary.
• Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
