The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing roles, with a strong understanding of web3 technologies and a proven track record of generating leads, marketing initiatives, and increasing followers on social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and drive business growth.

- Identify and target potential clients and partners through proactive outreach and networking efforts.

- Create compelling marketing content and campaigns to promote Huellas Labs' products and services across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.

- Manage and maintain Huellas Labs' social media accounts, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, to increase brand visibility and engagement.

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer success, and leadership, to ensure alignment of sales and marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the technology or blockchain industry.

- Strong understanding of web3 technologies and the blockchain ecosystem.

- Proven track record of generating leads, executing marketing campaigns, and increasing social media followers.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
