Job Responsibilities

• Design UI/UX for our Mobile (Android & Ios) applications
• Design elegant flows and interactions for Florence customers
• Partner with the product team to define problems and goals, map user flows, and prototype interactions
• Design Product dashboards
• Conduct Product Research Navigate Customer Problems and translate them into product Design
• Helping refine user personas
• Conduct user interviews with our customers
• Collaborate with the engineers

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of working in graphic design
• Low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototyping skills
• Portfolio with end-to-end product designs
• Knowledge of Figma and other design tools
• Bonus: cross-platform design experience (iOS, Android, web)
• Bonus: excellent knowledge of Material Design

If you have excellent programming skills and a passion for developing applications or improving existing ones, and are detail oriented with excellent analytical skills, we would like to meet you. You’ll work closely with our engineers to ensure system consistency, improve user experience and align data with our business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Write clean code to develop functional web applications
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Perform UI tests to optimize performance
• Familiarity with cutting edge technologies to be able to leverage them for product enhancement
• Analyze, organize raw data and generate reports
• Interpret trends and patterns 
• Collaborate with data scientists and architects on several projects
• Gather and address technical and design requirements
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Willingness to take on challenges to enhance your skills as well as benefit the company. 

Key Attributes: 

• Exceptional experience with modern component based JavaScript frameworks and libraries like React, Vue etc. 
• Experience with Redux or other state management libraries 
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with server-side MVC frameworks
• Experience with cross-browser compatibility
• (Big plus!) Mobile and web UI/UX experience, passion for stunning Material Design interfaces
• Excellent analytical and time management skills
• Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Experience in mobile app development is preferred
• Willingness to learn and help others learn newer or existing technologies 

Education and Experience: 

• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• BTech/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field ( preferably from Tier 1/IITs)
• Experience with a Startup is a plus! 

Location/Work Environment: 

The Vatika Triangle; Gurgaon, India

• We have built a creative space in a top corporate building in a prime location in Gurgaon
• The office is on M.G. Road, a 2-minute walk from the M.G. Road Metro Station.

Our team consists of creative and colorful characters, all goal-oriented and hungry for growth (and healthy snacks). The work environment is a mixture of formal and playful, as we all strive to get things done while sipping Italian coffee brewed in house.
