Right now, ConversionX is working with leading brands in E-commerce, Entertainment, Gaming and Pharma supply companies to help them increase their current user base and monetise through acquisition of new users. ConversionX is focusing on expanding their client base and increase team to help current clients. As a paid marketing expert, you will be responsible for performance marketing campaigns on FB & Google adwords. If you are ROI driven, a tracking nazi and a data superman, you are perfect for the role. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY: • Executing marketing campaigns through SEM, Google Display & FB • Optimizing the 3 channels to deliver the best ROI while ensuring targets are met. • Ensure process improvements pro-actively and improve operational efficiency • Periodic reporting to management on performance of campaigns • Gathering insights into campaigns and consumer behavior and implementing the learnings • Partner with marketing manager to ensure that different campaigns are being executed • Developing and executing new and innovative strategies for consumer acquisition. • Continuous experiment and run A/B Testing on campaigns, messaging and targeting to improve ROI. • You will help create & execute strategy for new user acquisition and also returning user engagement on Google & FB. Along with running the accounts you will also contribute to our overall growth strategy nationally as well as at a city level marketing strategy.

Requirements of the Job: • Exceptional business writing skills and can visualise as well as convey a message into relevant and interesting content • Subject matter expertise in B2B industry trends • Experience writing for a senior executive audience. • Strong knowledge of content marketing platforms like Taboola, Outbraind & Colombia and ability to develop content marketing plans for our clients. • Develop ideas from scratch and write original content – blog posts, case studies, articles, white papers, eBooks, infographics, presentations and more – that can be utilized across multiple marketing channels. • Coordinate with the CEO and other team members to deliver compelling content for all prospects across each phase of our target audiences’ buying life-cycles.
