.Net Developer - Remote
As a VB.Net you will:
• Perform data analysis, data mapping, data requirements, reverse engineering, validation of data and corresponding data dependencies.
• Develop, test, and deploy customized conversion scripts using SQL Server
• Research/Diagnose problems for prompt resolution to time sensitive issues
• Perform data load to SQL server from various format without data loss.
• Perform Quality assurance on all converted data on accuracy from applications functionality perspective
• Collaborate with a team on a given project to ensure the projects meets deadline
• Contribute to team development through support and collaboration.
• Manage and maintain code priorities for reusable assets
• Require occasional weekend and after hour availability for conversion assistance.
What you’ll need
• 2-8 years of experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough statistical knowledge of database design and associated tools (SQL 2008 or VB.Net)
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS SQL Server (2008) or greater management studio
• Expertise in a variety of different file and data formats.
• Demonstrated knowledge of structured development process, technical project management, software testing and documentation.
• Prior insurance experience mandate and agency management system experience desired
• Domain knowledge and Data visualization skills
Program Manager - Remote
SUMMARY :
Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives relating to policies, processes, and systems that adhere to organizational objectives.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working closely with the project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
- Developing program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
- Conducting research, analyzing data, identifying trends, and preparing reports.
- Assisting top management with the development of budgets and schedules as well as tracking metrics.
- Assessing and advising on potential costs, schedules, and performance issues.
- Preparing and presenting reports and recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Masters' degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Business Operations Manager, or in a similar role.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Should have worked on the tableau, CRM or totango
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge of databases and software systems.
- Ability to collect and analyze complex sets of data.

As a Founder's Office member, you will:
- Support the founders with key initiatives and create a structure to improve visibility with and accountability of the operations team.
- Develop, drive, analyze, and synthesize existing management reporting and team goal setting process, sharing actionable insights with leadership
- Lead and partner on special projects for areas which the founders oversee
- Develop high-quality processes to improve how we operate company-wide (in collaboration with other teams)
- Create content for internal and external purposes (company presentations, agents, key meetings etc.)
- Perform other special ad-hoc projects and analyses as directed by management
What we look for in you:
- Experience working in the founder's office of an early-stage or high-growth startup
- BA / BS / MA / MS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2-4 years of experience at top tier management consulting or investment banking firm
- Solid analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Passion to do whatever it takes to solve complex problems, build scalable processes
- Excellent oral and written English skills
- Comfort working in high growth, constantly changing environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Excel and PowerPoint)
