We are a bootstrapped startup in our 3rd year of operations and already profitable. With operations in Pune, Mumbai and Delhi NCR, we are ready to launch our services in Banglore and few other cities like Chennai, Hyderabad etc. in coming months. We work in the following segments:
1. Co-Living and Student Housing
2. IT Equipment
3. Hotels, Restaurants and Cafe's (HORECA)
We provide the customers in these segments products they use to run their business in a rental model. We also maintain these products during the rental term, hence becoming an end to end service provider.
We are now looking to scale our team, onboarding funloving, energetic and rockstars to join us and help us grow bigger and better!

India is on a massive urbanization wave. By the next decade, 200 mn+ Gen Z will migrate to the top 100 cities. And unlike families, Gen Z prefers shared & rented properties for both stay and work. This is why a 4-bedroom apartment owner who was renting to a family is now renting to 4 individuals because it gets him a higher rental yield. Or an office owner is renting the space as co-working.
But renting to more tenants means more work. And India’s current renting stack is not made for multi-tenant renting. RentOk solves exactly this. We make multi-tenant renting as easy as single-tenant renting by automating every workflow from finding tenants to collecting monthly rent. With RentOk, owners can earn a higher rental yield without increasing the work.
Owners use our mobile app to advertise their properties across multiple property marketplaces, social media and Google maps through our multi-listing APIs & microsites. It also automates lead follow-ups, tenant screening & rent agreements using Aadhar e-sign.
RentOk adds rent every month and sends automatic rent reminders on WhatsApp with payment links to tenants, keeps tabs on defaulters, and rewards tenants who pay on time. It also does accounting for owners and manages their finances & taxes.
