Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modular, scalable front-end components using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Implement interactive, media-rich interfaces powered by AI and real-time data.
• Work closely with backend and AI teams to integrate APIs and WebSocket-based data flows.
• Ensure pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible user interfaces across platforms and devices.
• Optimize performance through efficient rendering, lazy loading, and dynamic imports.
• Maintain high-quality code standards using TypeScript, ESLint, and testing frameworks.

Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Expertise in Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, and other animation or motion libraries.
• Experience with state management tools such as Valtio, Redux, or Zustand.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma and understanding of responsive grid systems.
• Experience integrating APIs and working with real-time data through WebSockets.
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG), cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
• Bonus: Experience with Remotion, Canvas APIs, or WebGL for video or AI-enhanced UIs.

We are looking for a React+Iconic developer to build our cross-platform mobile application. You must be adept with React, ReactQuery, and Iconic and MUST have experience of using these technologies in a production environment.

You would be expected to also contribute to a couple of browser-based portals that support the product. You must have worked beyond JWT and used RSA and AES encryption and decryption.

You must have experience and be adept with Object Oriented Javascript and writing extensive business workflows in Javascript. You would be an expert in responsive design and should have experience converting Figma designs to reality

We are looking for Frontend developers to join our team. 

DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a great Frontend developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality products are important.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and sockets
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Familiarity with code versioning tools
• Experience with PWAs and React Native is a huge plus

Job Description:

The UI Engineer(4-7)  will design; develop front-end for AgroStar product solutions.

 Key areas of responsibility:

1. Responsible for core UI framework, implements and maintains it.
2. Operates effectively as an individual for quick turnaround of enhancements and fixes.
3. Responsible for the development of the front-end applications and components.
4. Responsible for architecture & design of the product.
5. Co-ordinate with the backend engineers & designers for requirement gathering of the product.
6. Responsible for creating POCs to design a scalable system.
7. Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
8. Responsible for quality assurance including web usability, accessibility, testing and debugging.

 As an ideal ‘Agstar UI Engineer’, you will need:

 3-7 years of prior hands-on experience in building responsive web interfaces for consumers

Significant experience with Git and GitHub including managing branches, merges, and administration

Ability to translate product requirements into functional code.

Ability to estimate the scope of work for sprint planning.

Top-notch programming skills.

Self-motivated and able to work in a small team with minimal supervision

Strong development experience on the following technologies -

HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX,  working with REST APIs.

Must be fluent in writing code in  ES6+ along with linters.

CSS preprocessor - SCSS/ LESS.

Front end frameworks/library such as ReactJS, Redux.

Web standards, Responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility, SEO, Accessibility.
