About the Role:

We’re looking for a seasoned Social & Community Lead to shape and own our social presence from the ground up—someone who understands content creation and distribution like second nature knows how to grow audiences organically, and can translate insights and impact into meaningful engagement. You’ll be the voice of LH2 across platforms, responsible not just for building audiences but for building community.

This isn’t just a social media gig—it’s a strategic role that sits at the intersection of digital media, growth marketing, and inbound business development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and scale LH2’s social presence from scratch—starting with X (Twitter) and LinkedIn—with a goal of reaching and engaging hundreds of thousands of followers.
2. Create and curate original, thought-provoking, and platform-native content across multiple channels (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Threads, etc.) that reflect our work, POV, and the broader digital media landscape.
3. Stay plugged into the digital media ecosystem—including updates from Google (e.g., Discover, AI content penalties, algorithm shifts), monetization trends, and platform changes—and distill these into actionable, insightful content.
4. Turn case studies into content. For example, If we help a partner site grow Discover traffic 5x, you’ll create snackable posts, threads, infographics, or videos breaking down the how, the why, and the what it means for others.
5. Build a community hub—whether on Slack, Discord, or elsewhere—of digital media operators, site owners, and content entrepreneurs who care about scaling media businesses.
6. Drive inbound leads by leveraging community engagement and social reach to attract potential partner sites looking to scale with LH2.
7. Use AI-first workflows to speed up content production, research, engagement tracking, and community management—while still maintaining a human, authentic tone.

Requirements:

1. 3-4 years of experience in social media, content strategy, or community building, with a track record of scaling a social channel from 0 to 100k+ followers—preferably on X or LinkedIn.
2. Strong grasp of digital content trends, Google ecosystem updates, and the media/creator economy.
3. Proven experience creating content that performs—be it threads, memes, carousels, short-form videos, or newsletters.
4. Experience managing and growing communities on platforms like Discord, Slack, or Circle.
5. Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Notion AI) to enhance content creation, research, and engagement—AI-first thinking is a must.
6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone across platforms and audiences.

Office Assistant

• Experience: 2-3 years

• Participate in requirements analysis and design 
• Development of Web applications and RESTful APIs using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework 4.7, C#, ASP.NET MVC, LINQ, Entity Framework 6.0, EF Core
• Development of Microservices using Clean Architecture, CQRS, .NET Design Patterns, SOLID Principles and Object-oriented design & analysis (OOA & OOD)

• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages (C#)

You’ll be joining the engineering team responsible for delivering SaaS and on-premise solutions that orchestrate case data workflows and provide data driven legal insights for our clients. You will be leading the development, maintenance and scaling of our strategic initiatives - using a variety of distributed systems and cloud-technology stacks, driving our next level of growth. As an early member of our small team, you will have ample opportunity to lead and scale the product and the team. 

Responsibilities

• Work with product management to understand customers' case data workflows to translate their pain points to requirements.
• Gain a solid understanding of customer backend pipelines and integration surfaces.
• Breakdown large projects into potentially shippable incremental units within a timeframe.
• Understand the current system architecture and design sub systems.
• Be hands-on and build end-to-end new features and support existing features.
• Engage in all stages of the product development life cycle.
• Adopt a customer-centric and iterative mindset.
• Promote engineering best practices such as API design standards, coding standards, code test coverage, code reviews, CI/CD, and documentation.
• Work with lead engineers and mentor junior engineers to deliver on large initiatives.
• Our tech stack is varied - you will start with Ruby/Rails, JavaScript/React, Postgres, Redis, Sidekiq, Heroku, AWS, and more.

Required Skills: 

• Exposure to a variety of stacks building SaaS platforms and/or on-premise solutions.
• Experience with building sub-systems or services in a distributed system.
• Exposure to one or more backend architectures such as event-driven, micro services, and cloud architectures.
• Experience troubleshooting performance and/or scale issues.
• Strong in RDBMS and/or NoSQL databases.
• Proficient in one or more scripting languages - experience in Ruby/Rails and JavaScript/React is a plus.
• Strong in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and nontechnical team members.
• Prior experience in the legal tech industry is a plus.

Required Skills

• As a Senior Core Java Developer, you will have a range of responsibilities from shaping and implementing strategic products to ensuring that company stays on the leading edge of technology
  • You will have generic capabilities across application development stack and strong technical expertise in one / two application layers
  • Excellent working knowledge of the following technologies:
  • Implementation exp (hands-on) on Server Side Java technologies (Core Java, Multithreading, Concurrent API’s, Executor services, collections, concurrent packages, DS/Algo, design patters/principles, basic data case, Junit/agile)
  • Design Patterns
  • SQL and Relational Databases such as DB2
  • Hands-on experience on Spring and Hibernate
