Roles & Responsibilities

Your objective will be to ensure that client is able to extract value of our solution to the fullest. You will be the first point of contact for the client and end users of the software. You will be responsible for successful transition of the customer to our solution, for client communication and coordinating with them for conducting feature demonstration and giving training sessions.
