We are seeking a Lead Visual Designer – Design Systems to own the visual language, brand expression, and UI consistency across our products and platforms. This role defines how our brand shows up at scale—across interfaces, products, and touchpoints.
You will be the steward of aesthetic coherence, craft excellence, and visual scalability.
Key Responsibilities-
Visual System Ownership:
- Lead the creation and evolution of a robust visual design system
- Define typography, color systems, iconography, spacing, motion principles, and theming
- Ensure pixel-perfect execution across platforms (web, mobile, emerging surfaces)
Brand × Product Integration:
- Translate brand principles into usable, flexible UI systems
- Maintain consistency between marketing, brand, and product experiences
- Ensure the system supports localization, accessibility, and scalability
Design Craft Leadership:
- Set the bar for visual quality, polish, and attention to detail
- Conduct visual reviews and mentor designers on craft and system usage
- Push teams from “acceptable” to exceptional design quality
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with UX Design Leads to align visual expression with interaction logic

Role Summary
Seeking an experienced App Connect Enterprise (ACE) / Integration Bus (IIB) Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise integration environments. The role involves L2/L3 production support, incident management, deployments, monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure stable and high-performing integration services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for ACE / IIB applications across DEV, UAT, and Production environments
- Support and maintain enterprise integrations, message flows, and interfaces
- Monitor integration environments and troubleshoot failures related to ESQL, MQ, database connectivity, network, or data issues
- Perform incident management for P1–P5 issues, including bridge calls and stakeholder coordination

Primary Responsibilities
- Architect and drive complex software performance improvement projects that mitigate the performance challenges of the product and establish new guidelines for future product features
- Work with the development team, and database administrators to analyze performance bottlenecks, make recommendations to address performance concerns, and co-design performance into new feature development
