Position Responsibilities

The Support Services Analyst will be part of the Support Services team which uses, top-of-the-line CRM tools like Sales force and other applications. The Support Services Analsyt in Deltek|Replicon is not only a Support professional, but also a good researcher, a tester and a consultant to both customers and product management.

• Resolve the Application Support queries and issues that have been handed over by the Associate Support Analysts (Tier 1) and ensure that all assigned requests are addressed within the time limit set by the Product Support Associate (Tier 1)
• Take ownership and responsibility of issues from start through to a successful resolution and follow the escalation process, to speed up the resolution.
• Effective and efficient working in partnership with other departments to prevent delay in resolution
• Applying technology in multiple ways to configure the product and helping the customer implement Replicons products. 
• Documenting customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
• Solid understanding of product limits and suggesting ways of improving the product
• Logically understanding the concepts of other SaaS based products for integration requests
• Proactively identifying trends or recurring issues and recommending process improvements or product enhancements to minimize future incidents.

Qualifications

• Any Bachelor's Degree
• At least 4 years of experience in software application support and/or infrastructure support
• Understanding of Web technology, basic networking, hardware knowledge and software applications
• Experience of Windows platforms including configuration e.g. configure software to connect to Internet application servers, SSO configuration, API, Webservices
• Understanding of SQL Server or Oracle database management systems.
• Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, listening skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate in a tactful, courteous manner and to deal with and resolve complex situations in a professional manner
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Open to work in a 24/7 support environment

Job Description

The current application landscape features multiple Java web services running on JEE application servers, primarily hosted on AWS, and integrated with various systems such as SAP, other services, and external partners. Responsibilities:

Independent front- and backend implementation of business functionalities, defined as user stories by the customer, considering the cost-value ratio and maintenance effort for the customer 

Implementation of user stories and incidents, including concept, implementation (including automated unit tests), and communication with the customer within the agile development process.

Database activities such as creation or modification of database schema as well as implementation of database access, queries, and data modification 

Interface realization based on standard principles like REST or SOAP

Implementation of given Identity and Access Management Patterns for securing the application

Analysis and resolution of issues (3rd Level Support).

Documentation of the implementation.

Consultancy in technical and business topics within the applications.

Usage of selected tools for implementation, testing, rollout, and support.

Participation in regular meetings with the client to track the status of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

Experience with JEE technologies such as JPA, EJB, CDI, JAAS, and SAML.

Experience in technology related to JEE, like Maven.

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, Angular, and Bootstrap.

Strong knowledge of SQL.

Role: D365 CE / CRM Developer

You will need to:

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365.
• Have a strong understanding on one of these 3 areas Sales, Service, Marketing & Field Service.
• Possess strong know how on the Microsoft Biz apps data model to perform end to end architectural design and review.
• Pose an in-depth understanding of the Dynamics capabilities to fit business logic inside Dynamics 365 in a seamless way to attain customer requirement with no adverse impact.
• Be a good coder and a reviewer to ensure the customization code quality is at the highest level possible and comply to the Organization standard.
