Agilysis is looking for a seasoned Workday Compensation & Benefits Lead/Architect to for solution design and delivery across Compensation and Benefits engagements. This is a senior role for someone who can operate independently across the full delivery lifecycle, guide clients through complex configuration decisions, and bring structure and quality to the teams they work with.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own the functional solution across Workday Compensation and Benefits engagements, taking accountability for design decisions from discovery through go-live.
