Job Brief

We are looking to hire a skilled WordPress Frontend Developer to implement attractive and functional websites for our clients. You will be responsible for implementing WordPress themes and plugins and site integration and security updates.

Responsibilities

• Implementing new features and functionality
• Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
• Ensuring high performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
• Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning into a working theme and plugin
• Optimize applications for maximum speed optimize applications for maximum scalability help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
• Experience developing responsive design websites
• Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome Inspector, etc.
• Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the marketing team to build high conversion landing pages. Maintain and improve our marketing codebase
• Contribute ideas and efforts to improve the quality and efficiency of the marketing workflows
• Write code using agile methods and tools. Plan, create, and execute (manual and automated) frontend tests.
• Staying up to date with current technologies and providing insights on cutting-edge software approaches, architectures, and vendors

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Front-end development.
• Fluency in HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery, Bootstrap
• Good knowledge of Node.js and Rest APIs
• Experience in page speed optimization 
• Experience in writing responsive and cross-browser compatible frontend code

Software Engineer(WordPress HTML) 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Developing and providing maintenance support for WordPress site
• Design and build responsive, cross-browser compatible pages using Wordpress (including localized versions of pages)
• Assist with helpdesk tickets and troubleshooting as needed
• Optimizing page speed of WordPress sites
• Create and maintain the documentations of development work
• Ongoing security patching
• Work closely with the members of Web Team and internal customers

QUALIFICATIONS 

• 5+ years of professional Front End Development experience
• Experience developing pages in Wordpress
• Strong understanding of CSS, HTML, Javascript,PHP
• Experience with cross-browser compatibility and responsive web design
• Ability to create responsive web pages from design prototypes in Figma
• Understanding of JSON, Lottie, Web Authentication, Bootstrap, React, Storybook, and Invision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work to deadlines
• PHP and WordPress experience

1. Experience in Website Development.

2. To create web pages through HTML and CSS in alignment with PSD design and themify them. In other words, combine interface design concepts with digital design.

3. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe creative suite. And should be proficient enough in designing the UI of websites with great user experience.

4. Ability to translate business requirements into system design and perform as per the needs.Capable enough to analyze the user’s choice over graphics and animation needs.

5. Conduct testing of completed applications to assess user experience.

6. Use coding to develop the aesthetics implemented within a website, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colours and fonts.

7. Ensuring all interactions are intuitive and convenient for the audience.

8. Collaborate with back-end web developers and programmers to improve usability.

9. Ensure that the website is optimized for various devices.

10. Coordinate with the testing team and work closely with them and implement the changes as asked by them.

11. The candidate must be ready to take responsibility, ownership of code, be independent, and at the same time is open to learning something new.

12. Basic knowledge of PHP.
