Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance, responsive web applications using React. This includes building reusable components and libraries for future use.
• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native or Flutter.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices. Ensure code quality, readability, and maintainability.
• Implement user interfaces and experiences that are visually appealing, intuitive, and accessible. Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services. Understand and implement data fetching and state management effectively.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility and responsiveness of applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills (Must-Have):

• Minimum of 2.5+ years of professional experience in front-end software development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and its core principles.
• Expertise in OOJS, React and its ecosystem (Redux, Context API, Hooks, etc.).
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
• Experience with React Native OR Flutter.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services.
• Understanding of front-end testing methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategy
• Define and baseline tool strategies
• Define and document test environment and test data strategies
• Perform feasibility study for recommended solutions
• Create strategies for test optimization
• Carry out gap analysis and identify improvement areas
• Identify program goals and define KPI's and SLA's
•  Identify and implement industry wide best practices
• Perform test maturity assessments provide recommendations and define roadmaps

Requirements: 

• Sr. Automation Engg (3+ years experience) with Web automation experience Hands-on experience in developing frameworks/scripting with Selenium, Cucumber, BDD, Appium, FitNesse etc.
• Should have experience in defining automation test strategy.
• Knowledge in Banking digital applications testing is a plus
• Experience working with NoSQL databases like Cassandra, MongoDB, MySQL
• Experience working on Kubernetes Containerized infrastructure is a big plus
• Exposure to Microservices based architecture
• Exposure to CI/CD / Code Coverage / Static Code analysis Tools
• Nice to have experience with non-functional testing like load testing, security testing etc.

CTC:

• Get solid experience with high-load distributed architecture using REST and Kafka services.
• Work with automated CI/CD processes, AWS cloud, and VoIP.
• Implement and support microservices based on Spring MVC, Camel, MySQL, Mongo, and Kafka.

Requirement
