Position Responsibilities :

• Engage closely with designers and product managers to comprehend user requirements and adeptly transform them into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a UI/UX Developer or in a comparable role.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience building applications using React.js and associated libraries such as Redux, Express.js, and Flask.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with Python and full-stack frameworks like Django.

• Sound familiarity with HTML, CSS, and various JavaScript frameworks.

• Adept communication and collaboration skills, facilitating effective interaction with cross-functional teams.

• Proven ability to work autonomously and seamlessly integrate within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Front-end Development:

Develop and implement user interfaces for web applications using React.

Ensure the responsiveness and visual consistency of the application across various devices and browsers.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional components.

Back-end Development:

Design, develop, and maintain server-side architecture using modern web frameworks.

Implement RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between the front-end and back-end systems.

Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing proper authentication and authorization mechanisms.

State Management:

Utilize Redux for effective state management, ensuring a smooth flow of data within the application.

Implement and maintain a centralized store to manage the state of the entire application.

Database Integration:

Integrate databases into the application, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.

Optimize database queries and performance to enhance overall application speed.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on React and Redux.

Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience in back-end development using frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or Flask.

Familiarity with database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs and integration of third-party services.

Solid knowledge of state management principles and best practices using Redux.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

1. PHP Devops (AM – PHP/Devops)

• Web developer ( PHP - Android / DevOps )
• Must have 3 years of PHP team lead experience
• Must have good experience in PHP and its MVC frameworks
• Experience in MySQL(5.6+) tuning and management
• Experience in developing Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery pipelines (CI/ CD). Must have good knowledge and experience of DevOps tools like Jenkins , GitLab , Sonarqube etc
• Knowledge of Low Code & No code Mobile Application Development Platform for rapid development , testing & deployment for enterprise mobile application will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge in web and mobile cybersecurity will be preferred.
• Awareness of various automated testing tools like selenium, j Meter, Unit Testing will be of added advantage
• Should have worked on large scale enterprise application
• Experience in Linux web server management
• Required to have excellent business analysis and system design skills with UI/UX
• Experience in Project and team management
