Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or a related field
• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Proven track record of Team Leading/Mentoring a team successfully.
• Experience with web technologies and microservices architecture both frontend and backend.
• Java, Spring framework, hibernate
• MySQL, Mongo, Solr, Redis, 
• Kubernetes, Docker
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
• Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Experience with API Design, ability to architect and implement an intuitive customer and third-party integration story
• Ability to think and analyze both breadth-wise (client, server, DB, control flow) and depth-wise (threads, sessions, space-time complexity) while designing and implementing services
• Exceptional design and architectural skills
• Experience of cloud providers/platforms like GCP and AWS

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features.
• Work alongside the product to understand our requirements, and design, develop and iterate, think through the complex architecture.

We are hiring a Node.js Developer (1-3 years experience) for a full-time role in Wakad, Pune. The candidate must have expertise in Node.js, Nest.js, and Express.js, along with proficiency in MongoDB, MySQL, and ORM libraries. Experience with AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is required. Strong knowledge of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, Passport.js) and version control (Git) is essential

Role

• Develop & maintain shared APIs, libraries and frameworks
• Improve the performance and reliability of our services including databases, CI/CD pipeline, web services, and other integrations
• Monitor and scale our cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with other teams on security, automation, and internal tools
• Evaluate and develop new tools and technologies that can help achieve company-level goals

Required Candidate profile

• 4 - 8 years of experience in Development.
• Should have good knowledge of backend Technologies like Python, Nodejs, Golang.
• Should have worked with Databases like Mysql, monogdb etc.
• Should have working experience in cloud environment.
• Engineering degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline from good institutes

• Experience in Node.js Frameworks
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Socket IO, ExpressJS & SailsJS
• Experience working with third-party developer tools, including documentation, APIs, and SDKs
• Good Grasp of Asynchronous Programming and Its Workarounds

• Working Knowledge of JWT based passport Authentication
• Can Write and Refactor Efficient Codes
• Experience in Implementing Data Protection
• Must have demonstrated the ability to deliver high-quality products on time
