At Tandem NZ, we believe it is a lifestyle, not a job. We are a growing team looking for talented individuals who want to thrive in a startup atmosphere. Here, your ideas and suggestions will be valued and unlike any other company, we have an interesting bunch of people who are always supportive, kind and understanding. We believe in nurturing an individual and we want them to grow with us. We aim at setting up a culture where values are documented. We hire well, we are transparent in our processes, we celebrate wins and we indulge in open communications. We expect every team member to be the master of their craft. You need to be able to work in a team as well as autonomously. We believe that for a startup to grow into a major company then every member of the team needs to take the joys and challenges seriously all while having some fun as well along the way. We know people work best when they are happy and challenged to keep getting better at what they do. Working for Tandem is not like working for any other company. If you want challenges and love to deliver outstanding work then this is the place for you.
