About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven, client-centric, and entrepreneurial Wealth Manager to acquire and manage High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-HNIs (UHNIs), family offices, corporates, and affluent investors. In addition to driving individual business growth, this role will play a key part in building and mentoring a high-performing wealth management team.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
* Acquire new HNI, UHNI, corporate, and affluent clients through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships by providing tailored investment advice and exceptional service.
* Understand clients’ financial objectives, liquidity needs, risk appetite, and investment horizon.
* Present investment opportunities across unlisted debt products such as invoice discounting and asset leasing
Business Development
* Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, AUM, and investment targets.
* Expand the client base through strategic partnerships, referrals, and market networking.
* Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of TAP’s wealth management business.
Team Leadership & People Management
* Recruit, interview, and onboard Wealth Managers and Relationship Managers in partnership with the HR team.
* Build and develop a high-performing wealth management team aligned with business goals.
* Coach, mentor, and support team members on client acquisition, investment advisory, relationship management, and sales excellence.
* Set individual and team performance goals and monitor progress through regular reviews.
* Drive productivity, accountability, and a performance-oriented culture.
* Conduct regular training sessions on investment products, market trends, compliance, and consultative selling techniques.
* Support succession planning and identify high-potential talent within the team.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
* MBA (Finance) preferred.
* NISM, CFP, CFA, or equivalent certifications are an added advantage.
Experience
* 3–10 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory, Capital Markets, or Financial Services.
* Demonstrated success in managing HNI/UHNI clients and consistently achieving revenue targets.
* Prior experience leading, hiring, or mentoring sales or wealth management teams is highly preferred.
* Strong understanding of fixed-income products and alternative investments.

About the product
Docexa provides a suite of tools for doctors that can help them create their digital presence with their own page, run online consultations, manage their daily calendar and more!
We are completely revamping the current platform and building it from scratch. This is the biggest project we have taken on till date and this will move our product from the 90s to the future.
What your role will involve:
We have a basic design language and a design system which can be extended to build rest of the product. You are going to have full ownership of this.
You are not just going to be designing mock ups. You will be involved in strategic product thinking to solve real user and business problems, ideate on user flows and take responsibility of user testing, prototypes, visual design, animations and production of spec and assets.
In this role, you will report to the Product Manager and run things collaboratively.
Minimum Requirements:
Most importantly, you need to be super passionate about design and obsessive about detail while having a good sense of users and a keen interest to understand broad business goals.
