WalkMe Developer – Digital Adoption Platform (DAP)

Mandatory Skills

3–5 years of hands-on experience with WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform (DAP).

Expertise in creating Smart Walk-Thrus, ShoutOuts, SmartTips, Launchers and other core WalkMe features.

Basic knowledge of WalkMe automations, validation rules and error-prevention techniques.

Understanding of UX principles and in-the-flow learning.

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge within WalkMe.

Familiarity with WCAG accessibility guidelines and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test and troubleshoot WalkMe solutions.

Conduct root cause analysis to identify suitable digital adoption solutions.

Improve user journeys through intuitive guidance and self-service experiences.

Align WalkMe content with job aids, knowledge base articles and training materials.

Collaborate with Learning, Quality, IT and business stakeholders.

Support deployments, updates and UAT.

Monitor solution performance and recommend improvements based on user feedback and data.
