Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will drive business growth for 1C by:

• Selling franchise opportunities for 1C charging stations.
• Driving sales of 1C EV chargers to residential, commercial, and institutional customers.
• Identifying and building relationships with RWAs, fleet operators, real estate developers, and businesses.
• Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Achieving monthly sales targets and reporting performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of sales experience (franchise, B2B, or channel sales preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with field sales.
• Experience in EV, energy, or tech products is a plus.

Who should Apply:.

• iOS Engineers with 2-4 years of experience in iOS app development using Swift or

objective C.

• Engineers with working experience in Swift or Objective C, iOS Frameworks, various

architecture patterns, OOPs concepts, MVVM etc.

• Experienced with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, UI Kitetc.

• Hands-on experience in multi-threaded programming and good knowledge of

networking concepts along with enhancing profiling apps.

We are hiring a DevOps Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and implement Java-based applications
• Perform analysis and provide recommendations for Cloud deployments and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction
• Build and maintain clusters for various technologies such as Aerospike, Elasticsearch, RDS, Hadoop, etc
• Develop and maintain continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) frameworks
• Provide architectural design and practical guidance to software development teams to improve resilience, efficiency, performance, and costs
• Evaluate and define/modify configuration management strategies and processes using Ansible
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to coordinate work efforts and enhance team efficiency
• Take on leadership responsibilities to influence the direction, schedule, and prioritization of the automation effort

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience in a DevOps role
• At least 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing infrastructure as code within the AWS/GCP/Azure ecosystem
• Expert knowledge of any cloud core services, big data managed services, Ansible, Docker, Terraform/CloudFormation, Amazon ECS/Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Nginx
• Expert proficiency in at least two scripting/programming languages such as Bash, Perl, Python, Go, Ruby, etc.
• Mastery in configuration automation tool sets such as Ansible, Chef, etc
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Git toolset
• Experience with automation tools for monitoring and alerts such as Nagios, Grafana, Graphite, Cloudwatch, New Relic, etc
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple diverse projects simultaneously

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up processes related to finance, accounts, vendor payments, payroll and implementation of those processes across the organization to prevent fraud and ensuring efficient operations

• Preparing financial statements (quarterly, annual) and MIS dashboards for management and investors

• Preparing and analyzing budgets, financial data, cash flows, and providing insights for business planning

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy, budget planning

• Manage the finance and accounting team, including hiring, training, and developing of team

• Manage relationships with external partners, such as banks and NBFCs, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies

Requirements:

• Full ownership and accountability, be instrumental in building the organization and growing with the organization for a leadership role

• CA or ICWA is mandatory

• 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in fintech, banks, microfinance, NBFC

• Strong Excel or google sheet skills

• Experience in managing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in managing and developing a team

Desired skills

• Knowledge of UI development (UI Kit, App Life Cycle, View Controller life cycle, Storyboards, Auto layout)
• Basic and Advanced concepts of Swift (for e.g., generics, KVO, etc.)
• Minimum 1 year experience in Swift.
• Implementation details of complex features (e.g., push notifications, Analytics integration, accessibility, features of health kit, deep-linking, etc.)
• MVC, MVVM, VIPER design patterns and other patterns used in iOS
