About the Role

FantasyFi is seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist to lead and manage paid advertising initiatives across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). This role demands a professional with substantial hands-on experience managing and scaling campaigns with significant advertising budgets.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling advertising campaigns across multiple business domains, including FantasyFi (gaming platform) and Real Estate marketing campaigns. The role requires a strategic mindset, analytical strength, and a proven ability to deliver measurable performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

 Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms

 Manage and scale campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and cost efficiency

 Develop and implement advanced audience targeting and retargeting strategies

 Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance metrics

 Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and messaging

 Drive lead generation, conversions, and customer acquisition objectives

 Ensure accurate pixel tracking, event optimization, and attribution analysis

 Collaborate with internal teams for creative assets and campaign alignment

 Prepare performance reports with actionable strategic insights

Required Qualifications & Skills

 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Meta / Facebook advertising

 Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager

 Proven track record of performance-driven campaign management

 Deep understanding of audience segmentation and targeting strategies

 Experience in conversion optimization and funnel strategy

 Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities

 Ability to manage multiple campaigns across varied objectives

 Structured approach to testing, optimization, and scaling

Preferred Experience

 Experience managing Real Estate advertising campaigns

 Experience handling high-competition niches (gaming, consumer apps, etc.)

 Familiarity with pixel tracking, event configuration, and attribution models

 Exposure to landing page performance optimization

SiGa Systems are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Developer with expertise in NetSuite API and ODBC integrations. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain robust data integration solutions to seamlessly move data between NetSuite and external database systems. This role demands a deep understanding of NetSuite’s data model, SuiteTalk APIs, ODBC connectivity, and strong programming skills for data manipulation and integration.

• Key Responsibilities:1. NetSuite API DevelopmentDesign and implement custom integrations using NetSuite SuiteTalk REST and SOAP APIs.
• Develop efficient, scalable scripts using SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x.
• Build and maintain Suitelets, Scheduled Scripts, User Event Scripts, and other custom NetSuite components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite API connections and data workflows.
• 2. ODBC Data IntegrationSet up and manage ODBC connections for accessing NetSuite data.

• Should be able to work in an Agile Development Environment using SCRUM methodology.
