What You’ll Work On

• Develop and optimize Computer Vision pipelines for large-scale media creation.
• Implement NeRF-based systems for high-quality 3D reconstruction.
• Build and fine-tune AI video generation models using state-of-the-art techniques.
• Optimize AI inference for production (CUDA, TensorRT, ONNX).
• Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate AI features into scalable cloud systems.
• Research latest AI/CV advancements and bring them into production.

Skills & Experience

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Deep expertise in Computer Vision and Machine Learning.
• Hands-on with PyTorch/TensorFlow.
• Experience with NeRF frameworks (Instant-NGP, Nerfstudio, Plenoxels) and/or video synthesis models.
• Familiarity with 3D graphics concepts (meshes, point clouds, depth maps).
• GPU programming and optimization skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Three.js or WebGL for rendering AI outputs on the web.
• Familiarity with FFmpeg and video processing pipelines.
• Experience in cloud-based GPU environments (AWS/GCP).

Hands-on experience working in Java/JEE development involving implementation of Liferay tool, maintenance and support projects, Any experience triaging of issues in M&S project would be an advantage Liferay (7.0 and above, preferably 7.4), Java, JEE, Javascript, Spring, basic UI skills, basic DB/SQL knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Development and implementation of Digital experiences based on AEM product suites mainly with AEM Sites and Assets.

2. Should be able to effectively communicate with the client to understand requirements and propose solution design etc.

3. Design, develop and deploy components, templates, workflows etc on the AEM platform.

4. Should have sound understanding and experience on underlying AEM technologies like Sling, felix and JCR Oak.

5. Setup and configure AEM authoring, publish, and dispatcher environment with Adobe recommended best practices.

6. Integrate AEM with other marketing products like Assets, Forms, Target, Campaign, and other internal endpoints.

7. Should be able to mentor and guide folks within the team.

8. Integrate with front-end technologies and frameworks.

9. Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks/libraries ( jQuery, Grunt,

10. Bootstrap etc.), and CSS is a plus.

11. Experience with Continuous Integration and related tools (Jenkins/Cruise Control/Maven/GitHub) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

1. 4+ years of AEM experience with at least several full cycles of AEM implementation

2. Experience in design, development, integration and deployment of digital consumer experiences with AEM Platform.

3. Expertise in AEM and associated technologies such as Sling, OSGI, JCR

4. Experience with Java technologies and frameworks.

5. Experience with other web technologies like Search, XML, XSL etc.

6. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
