Role Overview:

We are hiring a skilled MERN Stack Developer to build scalable web applications. You’ll work on both front-end and back-end, leveraging modern frameworks and cloud technologies to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop responsive UIs using React, GraphQL, and TypeScript.
• Build back-end APIs with Node.js, Express, and MySQL.
• Integrate AWS services like Lambda, S3, and API Gateway.
• Optimize deployments using AWS CDK and CloudFormation.
• Ensure code quality with Mocha/Chai/Sinon, ESLint, and Prettier.

Required Skills :

• Strong experience with React, Node.js, and GraphQL.
• Proficiency in AWS services and Infrastructure as Code (CDK/Terraform).
• Familiarity with MySQL, Elasticsearch, and modern testing frameworks.

Role & Responsibilities

As an SEO Executive, your responsibility involves improving overall website traffic, search engine rankings, website performance, and conversion rates using the provided tools and resources. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and content writers to implement required on-page, technical, and content-related changes.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Conducting comprehensive SEO audits and identifying technical, on-page, and off-page improvement areas
• Monitoring website health, crawlability, indexing, and performance issues
• Executing and optimizing on-page SEO strategies to improve rankings and conversions
• Performing keyword research and competitor analysis to support SEO strategy
• Managing link-building activities, including outreach and relationship building
• Tracking SEO performance, traffic trends, and rankings on a regular basis

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Counselling:

Provide face-to-face financial counselling to patients, helping them understand the costs involved in IVF treatment and offering customized payment plans.

Conversion: Effectively communicate the benefits of our IVF packages to potential patients, with the goal of converting inquiries into confirmed treatment plans.

Patient Grievance Handling: Address and resolve patient grievances promptly, ensuring patient satisfaction throughout their journey with us.

• Understand the various functionalities of the CIS to ascertain the deviation in the current process
• 13+ years of experience in programming using COBOL, JCL, IMS, DB2, VSAM.
• Good working experience on Mainframe utilities like sort, REXX, Fileaid, Endeavor/Changeman, easytrieve etc
• Good working experience on debugging tools like Xpediter, abend aid..etc
• Experiencing in modernizing the legacy systems
• Good experience in leading projects by providing technical leadership.
