Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience conducting primary and secondary research, including qualitative and quantitative research methods such as interviews, ethnographic studies, surveys, behavioral experiments, and observational research

As a Photography Intern at Mr.Vastra, you will:
- Assist in planning and executing photoshoots for men’s apparel collections, campaigns, and lookbooks
- Capture high-quality images that highlight the fit, texture, and styling of menswear products
- Edit and retouch photos using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to maintain a premium brand look
- Collaborate with stylists and the creative team to develop concepts aligned with current men’s fashion trends
- Shoot content for e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing campaigns
- Support in organizing and maintaining a structured image and content library
- Assist during studio and on-location shoots, handling equipment and shoot coordination
- Contribute creative ideas for reels, campaigns, and brand storytelling
Skills Required
- Strong interest in men’s fashion and styling
- Basic knowledge of photography, lighting, and composition
- Familiarity with editing tools like Photoshop and Lightroom
- Understanding of social media content (Instagram, brand campaigns, etc.)

Job Description
- Research and identify potential new product features and functions
- Gather stakeholder and customer input
- Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product functions and features
- Clearly communicate the status of projects on the product roadmap and in development
- Create user documentation in coordination with stakeholders
- Create and maintain competitive and strategic analysis matrix
- Oversee implementation and release workflow and deadlines
- Hold regular project reviews with Development and QA teams ensuring that the product meets business requirements
- Draft release notes for launches and work with Product Marketing to create and execute a GTM plan

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software marketing / product management or writing requirements for technical projects
- Basic understanding of software development process from concept through implementation and delivery
- Prior experience with web based application development and maintenance a plus
- Understanding of UX design principles and experience working with customers and stakeholders as part of a design process
