UX Designer

Metalpace.com is looking for a talented 3D Designer (Motion and Graphics) to join our team. As a 3D Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning and visually compelling 3D graphics and animations for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation, as well as a passion for creating immersive and engaging user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D graphics and animations for use in digital media, including web, mobile, and virtual and augmented reality platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and create solutions that meet business and user needs
• Create models, textures, and lighting setups using industry-standard 3D software such as Blender, Unreal Engine, and Maya
• Produce high-quality, photorealistic renders and animations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest 3D trends, techniques, and technologies, and apply them to project work

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in 3D Design, Computer Graphics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in 3D design for digital media
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and animation using industry-standard software such as Blender, Unreal Engine, and Maya
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous 3D design work with clear explanations of design decisions and outcomes
• Experience with motion graphics and compositing software such as After Effects and Nuke
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

We are seeking a graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital media.To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.

• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions

• Perform retouching and manipulation of images

• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.

• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.

• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.

• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

• Amend designs after feedback

Graphic Designer Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.

• Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.

• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools like adobe photoshop.

• A strong eye for visual composition.

• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Able to give and receive constructive criticism

• Experience with computer-aided design.

• Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software

• With the support of product managers and engineers, collect and analyze user demands. 

• To show design concepts, use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. 

• Menus, tabs, and widgets are examples of visual user interface components.

• Make page navigation buttons and search fields. 

• Make UI mockups and prototypes that demonstrate how websites function and look. 

• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables) 

• Internal teams and significant stakeholders should be given rough draughts to review. 

• Identify and fix user experience issues (e.g. responsiveness) 

• Make layout adjustments based on user input. Follow the requirements for typeface, color, and image style.

• High-performance reusable components and future-proof front-end frameworks.

• Create new user-facing features as well as reusable code. 

• Write efficient, performant code to achieve optimal web application performance and scalability. 

• Identify design flaws and provide attractive remedies.

• Assuring software compatibility and responsiveness across a range of screen resolutions.

Job Description

Your primary focus will be development of iOS applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.

Responsibilities

Design and build applications for the iOS platform

· Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

· Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features

· Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

· Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation

Skills

· Proficient with Objective-C or Swift {depending on project requirements}, and Cocoa Touch

· Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.

· Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

· Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services

· Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards

· Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines

· Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred

· Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools {such as Instruments and Shark, depending on project needs}

· Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications

· Knack for bench marking and optimization

· Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {such as Git, Mercurial or SVN}

· Familiarity with continuous integration
