ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a React Native and React.js developer interested in building performant mobile and web applications. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

Roles and Responsibilities

Implementing new product requirements
Enhancing existing features and codebase
Peer code review
Investigating and implementing new technologies, external tools (proprietary or open source)
where relevant
Working with product, design and engineering colleagues to deliver business-relevant outcomes.
Candidate must have
Good knowledge of React.js and React Native.
Candidates must have knowledge about Product Development.
Candidates must have Technical Degree.

Skills

2-5 years of development experience.
Significant experience in startups or product companies.
Experience in mobility startups would be preferred.
React/React Native experience required.
Deep technical expertise.
Willingness to step out of comfort zone to solve problems.

1.       Strong knowledge in Front end scripting like EJS, JavaScript, Jquery

 

2.       Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS.

 

3.       Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber.

 

4.       Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python / Ruby / Java / PHP/ .Net

 

5.       Good Understand with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.

Who you are
• Strong education track record
• Bachelors or an advanced degree in Computer Science or a related engineering
discipline from Indian Institute of Technology or equivalent premium institute.
• 2-3 years of experience in UI Development using ReactJS
• An ideal candidate will be responsible to produce high-quality solutions; bringing
a deep understanding of modern HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, and the software
development life cycle and a strong ability to execute and implement standard
software architecture patterns.
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript to design optimized and modular components that
will be used across platforms.
• Proficient with ReactJS, Redux, Service Workers, Optimized coding practices,
Progressive Web Apps (PWA), Context API, System design, Web concepts, Server-
Side Rendering (SSR), lazy loading.
• Should have experience working with any of the chart’s library like charts.js,
Highcharts.js, etc.
• Should know how to write modular and optimized code.
• Should have good knowledge around error handling.
• Fair understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Experience versioning control systems such as GIT
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Self-starter, continuous learner.
Good to have some exposure to
• Start-up experience is highly preferred
• Exposure to micro front ends.
• Agile software development methodologies.

• Design, develop and manage multiple secure and reliable web applications that process and manage transactions.
• Collaborate with UI/UX and Research teams to further improve current systems.
• Adapt technical trends in web applications to support product quality.
• Manage product compatibility across devices.
• Create peer learnings for team members and build context for new team mates
• Help with building the company's tech team and iterating on the hiring framework.

Skills & Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working in frontend for desktop and mobile web.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript plus experience with a modern framework (ReactJS is preferred).
• Well-versed in other non-vanilla languages (ex. TypeScript)
• Understanding of GraphQL APIs.
• Possess a deep understanding of basic security aspects on the frontend and how to mitigate them
• Deep understanding of web technologies in various mobile systems
• Have empathy for the users you build for
