We are hiring a Technical Sales Executive who will handle inbound calls from US customers, sell printers and related IT products, assist customers with setup, and upsell additional services and support plans.

This is a hybrid role combining:

• Technical troubleshooting
• Customer service
• Sales & upselling

The ideal candidate understands printers and basic IT hardware while also being confident in closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from US-based customers
• Sell printers and related IT hardware to B2C and B2B customers
• Assist customers in printer setup and installation
• Troubleshoot basic printer, computer, and internet connectivity issues
• Upsell extended warranty, accessories, and service plans
• Convert leads into successful sales
