As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to lead our engineering teams and drive the successful delivery of our ambitious product roadmap.

Role Overview:

Experienced Full Stack Developer with 8 years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying web applications.

• Proficient in backend development using Python, with strong skills in frameworks such as Django and FastAPI.
• Skilled in frontend development using ReactJS, ensuring seamless user interfaces and responsive design.
• Skilled at SQL database management, with a focus on performance optimization and data integrity.
• Capable of contributing to system design and architecture discussions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Strong communicator with a track record of collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Open to transitioning into Data Engineering roles leveraging strong SQL skills and understanding of data pipelines.
• Good debugging skills.

Key Skills:

• Backend Development: Extensive experience in Python-based backend development with Django and FastAPI frameworks. Proficient in building RESTful APIs, handling authentication, authorization, and data validation.
• Frontend Development: Skilled in frontend technologies, particularly ReactJS, for creating dynamic and responsive user interfaces. Familiar with state management libraries like Redux and context API.
• Database Management: Strong command over SQL for designing schemas, writing complex queries, and optimizing database performance. Experience with ORM frameworks like Django ORM.
• System Design: Understanding of system design principles, including scalability, performance optimization, and microservices architecture. Ability to contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions.
• Data Engineering: Open to roles in Data Engineering, with skills in SQL, data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Communication: Effective communicator with experience in team collaboration, client interactions, and articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to work in Agile development environments.

Note: Completely IC Role and Hands-on coding is mandatory.

Additional Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and building React applications.
• Familiarity with Snowflake / Redshift for cloud-based data warehousing and analytics.
• Knowledge of data manipulation and analysis tools such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Exposure to Salesforce platform APIs and extensions or similar CRM functionalities.

·        Qualification: bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

·        Proven 4+ years of experience in full stack development, including proficiency with React, Tailwind CSS, Python, and Flask.

·        Strong understanding of Graph QL concepts and hands-on experience with Ariadne or similar frameworks.

·        Familiarity with containerization using Docker for application deployment.

·        Demonstrated expertise in machine learning model integration, preferably using the Hugging Face framework.

·        Experience deploying machine learning models on cloud platforms such as Replicate and AWS is a strong plus.

·        Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.

·        Should have experience in Backend: Python, Flask Framework, Langchain ML Ops Framework, Ariadne Graph QL Framework, Docker. Frontend: React, Tailwind. ML Model Development – Hugging Face Model Training, ML Deployment onto Replicate or AWS

Tailor and Circus is an online ecommerce brand, looking for full-time a Ruby on Rails Developer to work with the brand on cutting edge technologies combined with an ability to be innovative while creating solutions in a team environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, architecture design, code development, deployment and testing.
• Design and implement product features in collaboration with business and internal stakeholders.
• Design reusable components, frameworks, and libraries.
• Work very closely with architecture groups and drive solutions.
• Participate in an Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases every 2 weeks through Sprints.
• Design and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business.
• Review code and provide feedback related to best practices and improving performance.
• Troubleshoot production support issues post-deployment and come up with solutions as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 yrs of experience with Rails 4 or 5 framework.
• Development and delivery experience with Ruby (1.9, 2.x); Rails (4 or 5).
• Good to have HTML, CSS, AJAX, jQuery and excellent JavaScript knowledge.
• Good ability to understand, discuss, design, develop, test, document, and troubleshoot an interactive AJAX enabled Rails application that uses REST, SOAP, SQL.
• Knowledge on AWS is requirement.
• Experience on Heroku, Azure would be an added advantage.,
• A knack for writing clean, readable Ruby code
• Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Able to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (e.g. Git, Mercurial or SVN)
• Familiarity with development aiding tools (such as Bower, Bundler, Rake, etc)
• Familiarity with continuous integration
