We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – .NET Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise along with leadership capabilities to guide and mentor the development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of .NET developers
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies

Backend Developer (Senior Level) (Will also handle CI/CD Tasks) 

Responsibilities: 

● Design and develop robust backend APIs and services using NestJS and Node.js for a 

scalable web3 domain platform. 

● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric backend solutions. 

● Maintain and optimize secure, scalable, and efficient database structures using 

PostgreSQL. 

● Implement and integrate third-party APIs, including blockchain services, oracles, and 

payment gateways. 

● Write clean, maintainable, and testable code adhering to best practices and coding 

standards. 

● Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systems. 

● Participate in architecture design discussions, focusing on scalable and maintainable 

system architectures. 

● Implement caching mechanisms to optimize performance and reduce latency. 

● Set up and maintain monitoring tools to track system health, identify bottlenecks, and 

resolve issues. 

● Conduct thorough testing, including unit, integration, and performance tests, to ensure 

code quality. 

● Ensure secure coding practices and implement robust authentication and authorization 

mechanisms (e.g., OAuth2, JWT). 

● Optimize database queries, indexing, and performance for efficient data storage and 

retrieval.

Qualifications: 

● 4-6 years of professional backend development experience. 

● Expertise in Node.js and asynchronous programming concepts. 

● Hands-on experience with NestJS. 

● Proficiency in TypeScript and knowledge of modern backend development patterns. 

● Solid understanding of PostgreSQL or other relational databases. 

● Experience with API development, RESTful services, and database design. 

● Familiarity with deploying and maintaining applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure,

● Collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, data scientists, and other

stakeholders to deliver high-quality AI-powered solutions.

● Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and

uptime.

What We’re Looking For:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

● 3-5 years of experience in backend development.

● Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, SQL, and GitActions.

● Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.

● Experience with configuring and optimizing Nginx web servers.

● Experience with configuring and optimizing Kafka service.

● Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP.

● Familiarity with Docker containers and container orchestration.

● Ability to create comprehensive Low-Level Designs (LLDs) and High-Level Designs (HLDs)

for backend systems.

● Experience with Python for AI/ML model integration in backend services.

Preferred Qualifications:

About Role: 

1. We are looking for a Node.js Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users.  
2. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
