Responsibilities:
1. Create high performance, secure, responsive, clean and simple front-end builts in collaboration and discussion with backend developers, designers and product owners
2. Responsibility for resolving all issues assigned in a timely manner
3. Participate in and lead architectural discussions with a group of senior architects
4. Identify and establish best practices and frameworks keeping in mind parameters of performance, responsiveness, security, maintainability, extensibility, and reuse
5. Translate designs and style guides into interactive user interfaces, ensuring cross browser compatibility, performance and robustness
6. Deliver high quality code that is maintainable and readable.
7. Develop and maintain features using JavaScript.
8. Our clients would value you for your comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Front-end design and architectures
Requirements:
1. Experience in developing front-end technologies using Object Oriented JavaScript, React.js, HTML, & CSS
2. Understanding of various browser engines
3. Experience to handle cross browser compatibility issues
4. Experience of full software development life cycle and good understanding of version control systems like Git.
5. Experience with an agile development methodology, preferably Scrum
6. Excellent time management, multi-tasking and communication skills
7. Understand the needs of our users and customers at the beginning of each project
8. Provide complete, actionable, and timely technical feedback to your Agile team
9. Mentor fellow and junior engineers

● Develop Digital Consumer experiences based on a foundation of the AEM product suite
including Adobe CQ, CRX, CQ WCM, DAM & Social Collaboration.
● Develop powerful features such as multi-site and multi-channel delivery,
personalization/targeting, content aggregation & syndication, multi-lingual support, automated
workflow management etc
● Help setup AEM development environments and sandboxes.
● Develop custom components, dialogs, widgets, custom OSGI components, and services,
custom sling servlets and event listeners, and other extensions for the AEM platform.
● Diagnose and solve technical problems related to web content management implementation.
● Write application code that exceeds the defined quality standards.
Good to have:
● Exposure on 3rd party integrations (webservices exposure and consumption)
● Hands on experience on AEM advanced topics like search, workflows, authorization,
authentication
● Experience in Adobe Cloud services including Adobe Campaign, SiteCatalyst integration, Adobe
DTM, Scene7, Test & Target
● Exposure on caching concepts - dispatcher/CDN
● Exposure on AEM 6.3+ features like editable templates, content fragments, experience
fragments, core components etc.
● AEM developer certification
