This isn’t a ticket-taking role. This is for builders who can architect, develop, and ship independently, with a bias toward action and clarity.

What you’ll do

• Take full ownership of features from problem → design → code → deploy → iterate
• Build modular, scalable APIs and frontend components using the MERN stack
• Use AI tools to write, debug, optimize code, and unblock yourself fast
• Integrate 3rd-party APIs, services, and AI capabilities where relevant
• Collaborate async with product, design, and other engineers
• Optimize performance, scalability, and dev workflows
• Own dev hygiene—documentation, tests, Git practices, CI/CD pipelines

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 4–5 years of full-stack experience in production-grade MERN apps
• You’ve shipped products end-to-end, not just maintained features
• Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript, both on frontend and backend
• Solid foundation in system design, API design, and debugging
• Comfortable using AI-native tools to code faster and better
• GitHub is your second home. You write clean commits and structured PRs
• Cloud/infra experience (Vercel, AWS, Docker/Kubernetes)

Java Full stack developer for Tech ladd company

Learned company standards of application software development, Agile and iterative 

development methodologies

Adept at planning and executing deployment of system features, orchestrating the integration, and maintaining the system throughout its life cycle. Proficient in interacting with key clients, understanding their requirements to complete projects within stipulated time and budget, and ensuring optimum client satisfaction.

This company is entire new but I have been working on my own project from last 8 years . 

Well here our  target is to finish at least 90 e-commerce websites a month .... as per the calculation one  should be able to finish one site within 3 days ( mainly on woo commerce) 

( we already have more work than we can finish for next 3 years) which makes us pretty stable as most of the new company .

So there are 2 categories of web designer we are looking for 

1. Salary range - 15k - 20 k (0-1 years experience)- Should be able to make a full responsive ecom ( woo commerce) website in 3 days 
2. Senior designer/ developer.  - 25- 40k  -Should be able to handle the team of 9 designer ,    -To make sure the checklist provided by client is met. -To make sure Deadlines to met for delivery .

P.s salaries entirely on the basis on ability  to perform and existing knowledge.
