Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using React JS and Java

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features

Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

Help maintain code quality organization and automation

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Ensure all development work follows best practices and coding standards

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in React JS and Java with at least 8 years of hands-on experience

Demonstrate proficiency in building scalable and maintainable software solutions

Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model

Have strong communication and collaboration skills

Display a proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies

Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field

Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus

Familiarity with version control systems like Git is desirable

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks is beneficial
